I found this company following a CNA article on cleaning companies. The sales department were very quick and accurate in their replies. What's more, it's one of the few cleaning companies that offer to clean mattresses and sofas. We were able to draw up a quote very quickly that met the agent's expectations for the moving out cleaning. On the agreed day and at the exact time, two members of staff were present to clean the flat from top to bottom. The work was of a very high standard and very professional. The estate agent kept the company's contact details for future tenants. Quite frankly, the work was beyond reproach. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

It was my first time engaging a cleaning company. Naturally, I was apprehensive and didn't know what to expect when I engaged SparkCleanz to springclean my kitchen and toilets. When Sui Sui and her team came to my house, my doubts dissipated. They got right down to business. Each knew exactly what to do, how to do. Yet they carried pleasant smiles and spoke with polite confidence. Sui Sui would check on her team mates' work regularly, while doing the hard work like degreasing the cooker hood. She would also consult or discuss with me when needed. After the work is done, Sui Sui asked me to check. Needless to say, I'm a very satisfied client.

I am absolutely satisfied with the regular cleaning service by Theint Theint. I have engaged her service for about 2 years+ now. She is professional, proactive, flexible, diligent and able to work independently. For instance, when she is about to mop the floor and she sees my 1yr+ boy running around, she will inform me in advance that she's mopping the area and that the floor is/will be wet and give me time to quickly distract my toddler with some other games. I totally recommend her!

I engaged Spark Cleanz to do my pre-moving in after reading a lot of good reviews online. I am glad that I have made the right choice. Lala and team were assigned to help me in the cleaning and they did a fantastic job. The house is speck and clean. We (my wife and I) have used Sparkcleanz twice. On the very first time I called, Aaron answered. And from the way he speaks, it seems that Sparkcleanz is a honest and experience cleaning company. So we take them on for a mould cleaning operation. That was when we met Lala cleaning team. Lala is the team leader and is quite experience in her job. They done a great task removing all the mould. We were very happy with the result. We met Lala team again recently when we engaged Sparkcleanz for a final cleaning of our new house. Again, Lala cleaning team done an awesome job. All the crew members are very reliable, happily working and co-operating together. They are very hard working and using common sense when cleaning different object or surface. Honestly speaking, Lala cleaning team is a very responsible team, a superb team! So far, we have never regret using Sparkcleanz. I am one who have high expectation and will check every nitty gritty details, and Lala has exceed my expectations. She & her team has gone to great length.. dig out the sharp and dangerous objects hidden in the corner that previous tenant has placed, advised me to discard the useless ones and washed the unopened packaging. They helped change my kitchen oily curtains, clear the smell of the fridge, extra cleaning to my toilet (due to renov works and shattered glasses) I believe Sparkcleanz has built a good reputation with Lala and her team hard work. The helper (Hinh) consistently arrives on time and completes the job in 3 hours - this includes cleaning the kitchen area, sweeping and mopping the floor, cleaning of the bathroom, and ironing of the clothes. As Hinh is experienced and highly skilled, she can do much more in 3 hours (with little guidance ) compared to other companies that I engaged previously. She is good in organizing the stuff (she does wonders to help me clean up my cabinets and put everything together in an organized manner). I often can leave her to do a good job in cleaning up specific areas with little guidance. She will also take the initiative to inform me once the cleaning supplies run low. You might have to point out areas (corners) that are low traffic usage but will need cleaning. (That’s simply highlighting to the helper where do you want her to clean at the start). Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service and the house is kept tidy and clean. Besides this, Spark Cleanz treats the helpers very fairly compared to many other companies. It’s a great company to look for to engage any cleaning or housekeeping services, and their prices are priced competitively.

I engaged their deep clean services at short notice. Lala, one of the cleaners who came (arrived on time) took the initiative to clean and disinfect my dad’s bedroom first, so that when he was discharged from hospital, he could rest immediately while they’re still cleaning the other rooms. Places with mould and grease were cleaned up without evidences of mould/grease. We’re very please with their services and will be trying out their once-a-week home cleaning services.

Overall a great experience with Lala and her team. What I like most is Lala's professionalism and her supervision of her team. She always constantly ensure her team doing their best. Thank you Lala and your team for keeping my place clean and doing your best! Keep it up!

I opt for one-time spring cleaning for a 4rm unit. I was assigned to the team led by a friendly lady, Ms Lala. They came on time to prepare. As it happened to be the day that my block’s water supply was cut off; Ms Lala went to task to fill up extra buckets of water (I have prepare 2 containers; app 90l of water) Ms Lala went thru the unit with me; letting me know what they will be working on. She also asked if I would like to have the hood cleaned (which I have missed out) and the job was done pretty fast and the result was almost as clean as new. They are fast and efficient. And it’s nice to see them work together; helping out with each other. A good team. 🎈
