I recently decided to change aircon maintenance provider and with 1st experience through Jimmy, no regrets! Jimmy provides amazing service for maintenance of aircon. I had 4 units and he was efficient in cleaning them. Very meticulous and polite.

He also helped to diagnose another low usage Aircond when i mentioned about its coolness issue, he helped to diagnose with no charge, despite spending more than 40 mins to run through compressor and blower. I have engaged 7Days Aircon to conduct an inspection on my air cons, because 2 units were not blowing cold air. The techncian Tat was super helpful and patient. He investigated with another team member. Not only did he help me understand the possible issues, but also recommend me to contact Daikin for a further testing on the outdoor compressor. When I contacted him few days later for another question, he was patient with a positive attitude. The customer service was highly appreciated.

First time engaged aircon service with 7 days. Our technician, Jerry also checked the condition of our aircon units and compressor during servicing. No gas top up required, however we did opt to dry clean our compressor due to the accumulation of fabric fibre and dust. Jerry also attempted to reach to our neighbour to close their door, in case it gets dusty. Highly recommended.

Aircon servicing is good. Response to schedule appointment time was prompt and they kept to the schedule. Flexible to do a PayNow transfer after the servicing as I was not back on time. The previous time my Aircon had problem I engaged them to do the checking, reasonable price and honest feedback (that Aircon was beyond salvation)- the previous one I engaged told me to do chemical wash, top up gas etc and cost a bomb, yet that could not make the Aircon come back to life- waste of money. I didn’t get this company to change the unit finally because there was a stock crunch during that time although their quote was really reasonable. Due to urgency I engaged another more expensive mega provider. This is an honest and reliable company you can choose to engage their service.

great service. whatsapp response is good. tried to ask them to come immediately but they cannot. arranged for the next working day. but they requested to delay my appointment for four more days. i am not in a rush, so i agreed. then they came on time, which i found quite amazing as we just chat through the WhatsApp. they will lay a cloth on the floor to avoid the dust from staining the ground. and they will use vacuum to cleaner the indoor unit. as for the outdoor unit they will help check the gas level too. very friendly and not too smelly, even my kids say they are, but i feel is much better than some other workers. thumbs up and great job i must say. will use again. recommended to all!

First time I got service here. I had chemical overhaul for one unit, normal maintenance for another one and chemical wash for outside fan as well as gas refill. Technicians came a bit late but they did great job very quickly. Definitely, I will ask them to service again.

I had reached out to 7Days when my AC had issues and found that they have been the best! They had given me a call to check if they could arrive early and were very efficient throughout the whole cleaning process (they had laid down newspapers to avoid water dripping to any furniture and were very careful to not let water drip anywhere else while carrying the AC equipment. My AC has no issues after. I wasn't expecting a follow up but they actually did follow up a month later which impressed me!

Was informed technician missed my appointment. Update: Service recovery by 7Days. 1. They take customer feedback seriously, and apologised for their mistake. 2. They immediately arranged for my servicing to be done the next day, working around my schedule. 3. They recommended doing chemical overhaul for my MBR, and now my aircon is blowing strong and cold air. I engaged their services few weeks back for repair and general servicing. decent price for capacitor replacement and servicing. friendly technician. one area to improve on is the punctuality of technician and more importantly the communication between technician - coordinator - customer. try to pre-empt customer of delays especially if customer made effort to be on time. most customers are okay with the wait IF they are preempted. perhaps mine was a one off case but i was not 100% satisfied in this regard. also, maybe extend their last slot of 6-7pm which is a rush for most office people to 7-8pm. otherwise, i am happy with their maintenance service quality and the follow-up of coordinator.

The two man who come to do the Aircon service is very responsive, detail and professional in their work. Typically when doing chemicals wash they dismantle the whole fan coil and wash which Is very thoroughly clean unlike other company that I have engaged before just cover important parts with plastic bags and do the cleaning.
