Best servicing and customer service we’ve had so far. Efficient yet effective in cleaning air cons, seem to know what they’re saying/doing, toilet left behind relatively clean just some remnant dust/dirt. We did chemical and normal and compressor servicing and even spare part replacement with them already. We like the WhatsApp agent as well. We recommend and share their contact with family. Thanks and keep up your standard of technicians and equipments. Prefer same technicians each visit as they resolved our issues. Will continue being your regular for now :)

Our air-conditioning is running smoothly and cold after servicing. Technicians performed normal cleaning for our units, chemical washed our compressors and R410A gas top up was also done. Appreciate the good workmanship and the housekeeping done after work completion. Technician came on time, based on the appointment set and completed the servicing in approximately 2 hours. Best service for best price. No complaints at all. Best thing is I can do the booking and forget about it. They will follow up and remind me early and check back if booked time is still convenient. If there are additional things to service (e.g. top up gas), he will take the picture of the current state and advise, and also show the after picture. Overall good value for money!

Had a quick inspection for my air-conditioning unit, managed to identify the issue, and provided solution quickly. Just professionalism at work and quick to resolve issue. I’ve been with Affordable Aircon Services for almost more than 2 years. The Technician is knowledgeable and will let the customers know the issue and then rectify if you are interested to do the job. I’m staying in a EA with system 3 aircon and perviously the aircon was not cold, which was done by other companies. They do not know the issue. But these company’s technicians know the job, within a day my Aircon was cleaned and parts change and was back to cold temperature, since then I’ve trusted them for my regular servicing and even recommended to my friends. Technician gave heads up that he might reach a little later due to morning rush hour traffic and gave an ETA, which is great because I wasn't left wondering I have to wait a whole day kinda thing. He explained that chemical washing can't be done because my ACs are old af and cleaned it up carefully (cracking plastics and all) without making a mess. Would totally get them to clean up my ACs again Edit 2 years later Had them come clean up my ACs recently. One was working fine the day before, and then it's not working after their guy worked on it. Said something was damaged. ...but it was working fine before? Anyway, I reached out to the office on that matter. They wanna charge for coming down to check. There was a quotation given for a recon blower unit. I don't wanna point fingers directly as I can't ascertain the actual cause. ......but... Well anyway, I went with my one trusted AC guy
