I am really happy and appreciate all the staff Jeysee,Joselin ,Jess , Nick and Tecnician handling my Air con delivery and installation. The staff was very patient and helpful on enquiries made. The delivery and installation time was very punctual and Technician was knowledgable and skill in doing their job. Thank you to Air Connection staff for the job well done.

The price they quoted over WA is what I got at the end of the servicing, no hidden fees whatsoever. The team of 3 came over because I told them in advance that I wanted to chemically clean my entire system 3 plus the compressor included. The in-charge Ah Seng upon arriving, explained to me what they needed to check first and see if the need to chemically clean my entire system was necessary. He explained all the possible faults that could have occurred for my specific issue, he was very friendly and forthcoming with his explanations. The work was very professional done and they cleaned so well after themselves that I needed to only do some minor cleanup after they had left. Im writing this review as Im monitoring my aircon for its coldness right now and I can safely say that what they did certainly worked. Would highly recommend them to anyone…

Highly recommended for professional and prompt honest service. Had a major Aircon gas leak situation for my 20+ year old systems. Reviewed and liased with 3 vendors for quotes including my regular Aircon ( another company) team. Both nick and Cheng were not only prompt with replies and giving honest solutions and varied options for me to decide. All this while am based in Europe. I did speak to Mr Cheng I can vouch that he knows his trade and skills well . He is honest and gives genuine advice on how to solve the problems. The installation team did a great job . Identified leaking pipe with pressure test and replaced with new pipe for only that damaged section and did new unit installation well within 2 days It's rare in Singapore to find such good honest prompt service. Kudos .

Engaged them to get a new system 3 aircon installed in my new place. They were professional, responsive and completed the job timely and at a reasonable price. It has really been fuss-free handling with them. Mr. Cheng was very professional, made good recommendations during the site visit, and was timely in his updates. The payment process was clear and everything was done smoothly end to end, from arranging appointments to installing the sets. Highly reccomended!

Was looking for full aircon replacement.. called air cennection and Nick came to recce the layout.. gives suggestions and ideas in the pipe run.. Installation day, the guys that came was effecient, helpful and quite friendly. Will recommend Air connection. I am glad to have called Air Connection to install Mitsubishi Starmex Aircon to my unit. As arranged thru their engineer Mr Nick and front desk staff. On 18th July Mr Han and his partner right at my doorstep at 8am morning and continuously done an excellent work and completed within 5 hours.
