Outstanding service!!! Charles is responsive, swift and aircon units are new, look good and much quieter than a competitor. We started with another company and so glad we moved to Coolah. Highly recommended.

Great experience renting portable aircon from Charles as our aircon system of 10 years broke down and need a replacement. While waiting for our replacement system, the portable aircon saved us from many uncomfortable nights of hot and humid weather. Apart from setting up the aircon, Charles also provided advice on it's positioning and airflow. He is accommodating to our aircon needs, is passionate in his product and craft. Apart from renting portable aircons, Coolah sells their own line as well. Highly recommended!

Excellent service by Charles is an understatement. Even though it was a last minute request to replace my Aircon which died on me, he was able to squeeze out an extra portable Aircon set which worked way above our expectations just so we could tide over the heat wave comfortably. Apart from a very professional service provided by Charles all the way from delivery, setting up and recovery, he's always more than happy to take a pause and have a genuine chit chat session with us. If there's ever a need for portable cooling services, Coolah is the way to go.
