Been using this company many years. Their service professions are very professional, do not anyhow clean for the sake for cleaning. They will give advice to whether it is required to service or not. I have 5 units and 2 hardly use. When the service staff come, will go thru and then advice me which one no need to clean. What to take note etc. Also have recommended to my own family members and clients also. Very trust worthy company.

Technician Aung and team are very professional and meticulous. This is the first time I see technician cleans my aircon as if the aircon belongs to them. They have put in their 100% to provide clean air for us. Even with extra miles, like closing my bedroom door because I have a baby sleeping inside, explained to me in details the condition of my aircon and what treatment they are going to do, and even dispose the dirty water in a plastic bag instead of flushing down my toilet bowl/sink. The team is always punctual (or arrived early) for all the appointments made in advance and they have performed the maintenance services professionally. Charges are reasonable and transparent. Great shoutout to Lucas and Jay for the professional advices and services in repairing the AC and condenser. Good servicing. Arrived early, explained the steps they were taking to resolve the issue, checked all action points and costs before proceeding. The cost was very reasonable, at $60 per unit for a jet cleaning. Will definitely call them for future issues as I am pleased with their thorough service.

He could have sold me the most expensive service but actually only recommended what I need. $60 for the Jet Wash. Have engaged in several Aircon Servicing Companies but by far, this company is the best. Far exceeded my expectations!

Ah Wai and Jerry are really professional and fast. They called me before coming over and told initially they will reach around 1:30pm but they arrived at around 1:05pm and completed before 2pm as I need to pick up my kids. They also feedback on the condition of the aircon after that cleaning it. So far their servicing is good and professional.

Has my aircon servicing performed by them and subsequently purchased air purifier from them to resolve a poor ventilation issue where my neighbour's cigarette smoke smell will fill my entire house.
