The service is as described. However, an associate tried to renew our contract with a 40% increase in the contract fee earlier this year without an explanation. When we challenged this, DIS kindly revised the contract at the fee we paid for the first year, but still did not provide any reasoning or apology. This experience felt dishonest and eroded our trust in this otherwise fine local company.

It's located just beside The Ubi MRT Station (Special Note 1: Take Exit B on MRT station to reach easily Special Note 2: Daikin's Authorized Proshop Dealer in Singapore)

Very good service, quite straight forward if you give them a call. Since I am a busy person I value punctuality. These people are punctual and so far I have no complaints with their service. I have been with them now for close to 3 years! Definitely recommended.
