I just signed up for a one year contract service with your company on 17 Sep 2024. The 2 servicemen that attended to me has done a great job. They are polite and professional ensuring that my place is kept clean and with minimal noise. As my 2 outdoor compressors need to be clean and top up gas, they did took photos and explained the details. These actions are much appreciated and clearly shown their dedication to work. We had Kai and Lucas over for our air conditioning yearly check and to check the water leak. They are the most polite, efficient and most polite engineers I have met. Skyzone was able to come down to my house promptly (I called them at 10am and they were at my place by 1pm) All my aircon units were not blowing out cool air and the 2 technicians were able to fix this within 10 minutes by changing out the capacitor ($130) and topping up more gas ($60).
