Came here to get our ice cream and waffle fix and this place didn’t disappoint at all. Service from both staff (one Chinese and Indian man - sorry didn’t get their names) were excellent. They knew it’s our first time there and recommended pistachio and chewy chocolate nama flavours to go with our savoury butter waffle. The waffle is crispy and soft. Ice cream is tasty! End up buying ice cream home. Staff helped us to choose the flavours when they see us having difficulties deciding on the flavours to purchase home. Will definitely come back again for waffles and ice cream. So glad that we found this place :) Update: returned to the shop again to get our waffle fix and top up our home supply of ice cream. We brought our father along for this visit. Tried the pandan waffle today and brought back childhood memories. It tasted like waffle from the bakery shop but keto version. The Christmas flavours are wonderful! I personally like the winter chocoland which has a good balance of chocolate and mint. Father preferred the keto ice cream to the non-keto ones. He said got more ‘substance’ than others. So glad that he likes it and we are definitely coming back for more! Forgot to mention…the coffee is nice too!

Decided to drop by this place after chancing upon it on social media the night before - and what a gem it turned out to be. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they took the initiative to walk us through the ingredients that were used. How something as tasty and satisfying as this could be low-calorie was absolutely mind boggling. My partner and I ordered a scoop each of the ‘choc me to the moon’ and pistachio ice cream along with the buttermilk waffle and were very impressed with it. Will definitely return for more, and recommend that others give it a try too.

Awesome dessert option for keto peeps and one of the best matcha ice cream I’ve ever tried in SG! Kopigao, Choco Mint, and Pistachio are my favs too. The waffle is good too! Small space though so tough luck if you come at peak times. Can’t wait to go back!

OMG what fabulous food! Ice cream was perfect! So rich and the ingredients were just perfect! Had the christmas special chocoland and the peppermint was out of this world! Every one of their ice cream flavours are soooooo delicious!! Also had such a wide range of flavours and took the erlffort to include SG flavours or flavours for the occasion.. You can really get the actual flavours! Like pistachio. Sesame... Such strong rich flavours.. And then there was... KETO WAFFLE made FROM PROTEIN! It was super soft and tasty. The food here is just so much better than other keto food I've tasted around Singapore! And those into Keto food will know what I'm talking about. High end ingredients! Amazing! I can't speak well enough about the owner Galvin who said he actually makes them all by himself! Worth every cent! Hats off!

So glad that Ketojiak is finally opening in the heart of Singapore. We have been buying this godsend sugarless ice cream from them since the very start of their business. From 1 flavor to over 30 flavors, Galvin worked hard to develop the range of his ice cream! Now he even has Root Beer Zero Float and Coke Zero Float in the shop! We love the ambience here and we love feeling home here. Will always come back here for more ice cream and float! Where do i begin?? I chanced upon Ketojiak on IG. What attracted me were the words “sugar-free”, “gluten-free” (waffle)… *ding ding* so i explored their IG account more. This lead to browsing their website - the page on macros n allergens really impressed me; the flavours on there made me salivate specifIcally when i saw Sesame Black Black! As i’ve quite a “complicated” dietary condition, i reached out to Ketojiak via IG message. Never did i expect Galvin to be this patient with me n helpful, right from answering my 1001 questions to trying to help me create an account with them! My order was delivered the very next day, Galvin was kind to allow me to select the delivery timing; I loved the packaging n the delicious-looking Thank You card. When i received my order, i couldnt resist to try SBB n it’s soooooo gooooood!! It’s smooth, it’s fragrant n the sweetness level on point. I guess i’ve to ration it n savour it but no doubt Ketojiak ‘s gona be my go-to for ice-cream! (I havent had ice-cream for years as i cant find any that suits my dietary condition) Shoutout again to Galvin (n team) for churning such awesome creations n ur awesome customer-service! (5-star for atmosphere cos the place looked cosy from IG, n well, I could have such yummy dessert at home 🤭)

One of the few places I love to go for a scoop or two. Tried the blue pea macadamia nuts - they don't skimp on the macadamia. It's subtle in flavor and gives a sense of Om. Strawberry is always a favorite for me. Contains real strawberries. Yummilicious!! Highly Recommended 😊✌🏼

It has been a long while since I had ice cream, and the craving was so strong that I had to find a legit keto ice cream shop tt can satisfy my craving and boy it did. 🥹 Tried the MSW and Nama chocolate and both were so good. Especially love the MSW, honestly they both tasted just like the usual ice cream, so it was just amazing that the flavours can be so on point. Had to just dabao back for my diabetic mum to try and both my parents gave the two thumbs up. My dad even said it was the best ice cream he had, the texture was really good. Beware of this place!!! You may plan to go in to buy One scoop, you may come out with a few tubs, because one scoop isn’t enough!! 😋 Had the privilege of meeting Galvin & Charmaine, Ketojiak has truly evolved from just healthy keto diet ice creams. It is tasty too! The lovely taste of his Chewy chocolate on top of his homemade waffles - the ice cream cools your body, and the love into the ice cream and hospitality warms your heart! Read up your facts on his ice creams, the guilt free pleasure you can have. Many ones have tested his claims on the sugar levels. It’s absolutely true! Humbly tucked in the residential areas of Farrer Park area, about a 7-10mins walk.

Premium ice cream, at least to me. Got Hojicha and Matcha large tub for family, can feel the quality in the making ! Smooth and flavourful, not (死甜) sticky sweet. Being diabetic, I can occasionally still have ice cream now. Takeaway (very limited table at store) was great, nice cooler bag that can be sealed, for now, my ice cream gift of choice.

I ordered several flavors of Ketojiak's Ultra Low Carb Ice Cream delivered to my doorstep—and I am impressed! So far, I’ve enjoyed Bangkit Gula Melaka, Butterscotch, Chewy Nama Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Honey Chrysanthemum, and Minty Choc Chips—and each one has been outstanding. Ketojiak truly excels at crafting unique and satisfying flavors that make sticking to a keto or low-carb lifestyle feel indulgent rather than restrictive. Among the flavors I’ve tried, Minty Choc Chips is my absolute favorite. If you’re a fan of mint, this one’s a must-try! Close behind in second place is Bangkit Gula Melaka, which delivers a delightful local flavor twist that I thoroughly enjoyed, paired with their buttermilk waffle (pictured above). Warmed up about 5-6 min in my toaster oven, the waffle was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. It was delicious eaten together with the Gula Melaka Ice Cream, and I imagine it may be even better with their pandan waffle ... I’ve just ordered another seven flavors to try: Bandung, Onde You, Genmaicha, Cherry Gracias, Lemon, Choc Me to the Moon, and Kopi Gao—plus a couple more of their low-carb waffles. I’m looking forward to exploring these new flavors and seeing how Ketojiak continues to innovate with unique combinations! The only minor critique I have is that the texture isn’t quite as dense or consistently smooth as some popular brands like Haagen-Dazs. What I appreciate about Haagen-Dazs is the lack of "air pockets" in their ice cream, which gives it a dense, consistent texture. While Ketojiak’s texture is just a bit lighter, considering that it’s far less "sinful" in terms of carbs, this is a small trade-off I’m happy to make for a guilt-free treat! Ketojiak is really a fantastic choice for anyone on keto, low-carb, or simply looking for an enjoyable, healthier ice cream option without sacrificing flavor.

very surprised by the ice cream texture and flavour, however if you’re a sweet tooth like me, please lower your expectations 🙏🏻 they are made for diabetics so it makes sense for the sweetness to be toned down by like 70%. i would prefer if they would make it a bit sweeter but the flavours are so prominent no matter what flavour you choose! eg. their coconut icecream really tastes like coconut! no artificial taste at all. you should definitely come and try it, i can see many singaporeans loving this ice cream! however, all 4 stars go to the ice cream. the waffle was… not good. the texture was really soft (despite looking so crispy!) so it doesnt compliment the ice cream texture and if you’re a texture person like me, its best you get a scoop of ice cream in a cup. i got sick of the waffle within 3 bites. it tastes like butter and salt, doesnt taste like a waffle at all. i barely ate ¹/₄ of that waffle, hopefully the owner can try to find ways to improve their waffle recipe 🙏🏻 the owners were soo friendly and warm, very good customer service. also love that you can get free water to cleanse your palate! very good experience overall. ☺️ TLDR: try the ice cream, you won’t regret it! waffle not recommended.

The keto kopi gao ice cream is excellent! Love the chocolate and butterscotch macademia too! The best I have tasted so far. It is rather challenging to sustain the keto diet due to restrictions in the diet. But I love the fact that when I crave something sweet, I have your ice creams to go to. Thank you!💗

Staff were exceptional.. I don’t think you can find anyone (who is not the owner) to be passionate and keen to share about the work they do. Flavours wise, I have personal favourites of gelatos and while the flavour profile is not so complex, I would say ketojiak a good alternative when you want a cheat from your diet. Perhaps the flavours would go better with more refreshing taste, with tea/floral flavours? Jiayou!

Ketojiak- Definitely my go-to choice for Keto Ice Cream! I have been purchasing their ice creams for a year now and have always love their ice cream. I always try to make it a point to try their new flavours and they haven’t disappoint me. After their Dec break, even more flavours were added and a new catalogue is borne! This time around I tried the Cempadak - something I dearly missed eating! Again I’m impressed! Can’t wait to try the rest of my purchases already! Great first time experience having keto ice cream. Was honestly skeptical, given the health benefits and so surprised that it tasted just like regular ice cream. In fact it's even better cos it somehow melts more slowly than regular ice cream so I can savour every bite. Had the chocolate mint which was a yummy balance of chocolate and mint. My husband and I chanced upon Ketojiak Ice Cream. The interesting name and it being diabetic friendly perked our interest :) We chose Nama chocolate and Honey Chrysanthemum ice cream, paired with Butter-milk waffles. The ice cream was really smooth and delicious. The savoury waffles helped to balance the ice cream. When speaking to Galvin, the founder, you can hear his belief and knowledge to what goes into the ice cream. Did you know, he created their own blend of sweeteners! A food scientist to say the least. Do give them a try :) and most importantly, even family/friends that are diabetic, can join :) Jiayou!

Made with an inhouse secret recipe, their ice creams and waffles are all (added)sugar free, which means they are at least 90% less sugar than what is commercially available out there. Healthy food can be tasty - Ketojiak is the living proof. Consumers should do all we can to protect this healthy movement, don't wait already, just go eat now. Health Promotion Board should pay them a visit now!

Superb ice cream for those concerned about their blood sugar and excellent for those who are seeking an ice cream treat on a keto diet. I have visited numerous times and tried at least 10 flavours... most of which are truly indiscernable from good quality ice cream/ gelato.Being type II diabetic and a cancer patient I try to keto/ low carb for health. I wear a glucose monitor and have measured immediately and every hour after consumption with no obvious sugar spikes. Classic flavour combos and some local flavours mean that there is something for everyone. Our favourites are mint choc chip, butterscotch macadamia and peppermit choc. There are dairy free options too for those lactose intolerant. Our suggestion is to try a few to see what suits your particular dietary requirements and taste. Others in the family can just treat this like a good gelato place while you keep to your diet. Treats even on non- cheat days! Churn on Galvin and co. You have put ice cream back in my life and I am super grateful!

Not usually a fan of vanilla but this one is utterly delicious as it's infused with authentic vanilla beans. Cherry choc chips was my absolute favourite. I had the chewy nama chocolate ice cream and it was such a surprise to me. My first experience with keto ice cream was something I’d purchased from an online grocery store. It was hard like rock and just tasted awful. I ended up throwing the tub away. That was about a year ago, and I’d given up on keto ice cream till I saw the reviews about Ketojiak’s ice cream and decided to give it a try during their recent 8 mini cups promotion. I’m so glad I did because it tastes just like non keto ice cream, in terms of flavour and texture. My husband who is an ice cream lover (non-keto) also loved the chewy nama chocolate. It’s our new happy food! I’ve also tried the lemon tart flavour and I love how it’s nicely balanced between sour and sweet. And those little bits of “tart” are like small little packages of surprises in my ice cream. Loved it and can’t wait to try the other 6 flavours!
