It was my first time to avail of their services last Oct 2018. We had to submit claims from our recent trip as my son got sick. They sent the reimbursement after two weeks. Their response time was quick and they were all very accommodating. So I bought another policy from them for our upcoming trip. Very good services from Allianz! Really reliable! Thanks so much.

Our recent trip to Japan last month was interrupted by Typhoon Hagibis, the typhoon has caused the delay of our scheduled embarkation of cruise ship at Yokohama for 2 days. As a result, we have incurred additional 2 night of stay in Yokohama. On our return, I filed a claim for the additional expense incurred for the hotel stays and meals expenses. Our claim was promptly approved within a week of my submission and we received the payment less than a week after the claim was approved. I am fully satisfied and very happy with Allianz and its staff for the prompt services in processing my claim. Will Neve hesitate to recommend Allianz Travel to my friends and relative planning to purchase travel insurance.

Your online application for the travel policy is easy and convenient but your process to amend policy details (spelling error in name) is cumbersome for the consumer. While the email response from your team is prompt, it is robotic and not customer-centric. The tone sounds like you have to get it done on your own, and too bad, we cannot really help to amend on our end.

It was my 1st time buying travel insurance fm Allianz. After the payment process, I realized that I have input the wrong travel period. I got worry & immediately called for assistance and since it was a Sunday and henceforth I did not expect immediate action taken to rectify it. But I was impressed by the way coordinator, Syarifah, handled my case. She was extremely helpful & patient in advising me on the next course of action & seek refund. I managed to rectify my travel insurance within hours. Thank you & job done Syarifah! I will definitely buy from Allianz again!

Easy & fast to apply for travel insurance. However when I needed to apply for friends going on same trip I need to process application one by one. It would be helpful if your database allows for more than 1 insured party (e.g. 2 or 3) & a clarification as to the number of insured parties to constitute a group.

My application on line on my phone met with difficulties at the payment section. After many trials I call their customer care. Syafiqah their staff advised that I need to apply using the computer and not the phone. But I was in a hurry to leave the house and she was kind enough to help me with the application. She was patience, precis and most helpful. Thank you Syafiqah and Allianz Travel. Now my husband and I can travel with peace of mind.

Had an annual travel insurance plan from them and it has been pretty effortless dealing with them. Thankfully there hasn't been any claims so far so wouldn't be able to comment on their speed in settling claims etc. That aside would recommend anyone looking for a a reasonable annual travel cover to consider them. Fairly straightforward to buy the plan online. Personally haven't had a reason to get in touch with them hence don't know exactly how it will turn out. However my suggestion is to read all fine print and then make an informed choice. As someone who travels to many countries through the year it has worked out ok for me becase of the sheer depth of coverage.

Claim for was very straightforward. However Captcha code was REALLY DIFFICULT to get right. I must have tried close to 10 times before getting it. And I am reasonably tech savvy and have no vision problems :)

Easy to use. However, in Singapore the use of first and last names for me is ambiguous. My name as shown in the policy document was reversed to that shown in my passport/NRIC. I should just enter FULL NAME, instead of FIRST NAME, LAST NAME. In Singapore, I have SURNAME OWN_NAME. So FIRST NAME is my SURNAME or my OWN_NAME?
