I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Siti of ECICS customer service, who helped me on cancellation of my car insurance. Honestly speaking, i’ve made the request one month ago. It wasn’t Siti handling it. It was her other colleague. However, there’s no update or progress from ecics. So i made a call to customer service to find out the status. I would consider myself lucky, that Ms Siti picked up the case. She helped checked the cancellation status and found there’s a request put up but no follow-up after that. She assured me that she will follow-up and response back to me by end of the day. Even before the day ends, within 1hour, i already received the confirmation letter of cancellation from ecics. Really thankful and appreciate to Ms Siti for her help to follow up on my case within just 1 hour.

Later I realised I could make instalment payment on my credit card. Sarah of ECIC was instrumental in assisting me to cancel the transaction and ensured that I am able to make instalment payment for my car insurance.
