I was doing a claim for my maid whose diagnosed with cysts in 2017 Dec. We submitted the claim somewhere in mid Jan 2018 as we were waiting for full medical report from hospital. About a month after my submission of claim, I called to check the status and this lady by the name of Icez, followed up closely for me on my claim. Would like to thank her for effort and service provided. Would recommend this insurance company.
