Jeff is an ID that is hard to come by nowadays. My wife and I met up with several IDs to renovate our new home and eventually picked Jeff. His easygoing but attentive nature during discussions made it easy to construct what our new home will look like. He gave practical solutions and advice where required to ensure that we do not make mistakes that we will regret later. Jeff was also very responsive to our random questions at random time of the day (we felt bad about it but he was very patient), and led us through our whole renovation journey seamlessly. We also did several changes along the way from the initial plan and Jeff never failed to incorporate the new changes professionally. We will not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family should they be looking to renovate their homes. Our newly renovated home looks awesome and even better than the 3D drawing.

Seated at a quiet corner of North View Bizhub is a little studio without much frills and thrills. However, there’s nothing very little about this unassuming trailblazer of innovation in renovation with the expertise and excellent services it provides. Had the pleasure of meeting Leon, a calm and collected senior ID with vast experience in designing personalized homes that reflect the identity and character of its dwellers. He journeyed through the painstaking transformation of a humble-looking house to a condo-like apartment with ease and confidence. 21 Interior Studio has been accommodating in giving us time and space to explore our ideas while riding on their tested and proven formula. They have been very nimble in responding to changes and late requests with timely advisory. The result is an eye-candy boutique abode with a touch of luxe that exudes hotel vibes at every nook and corner, without breaking the bank. Couldn’t have asked for more. 21 Interior Studio has really redefined minimalistic & timeless modern homes in their own terms. Thank you 21 Interior Studio and thank you Leon.

Just completed my renovation and i am truly grateful to have engaged Jeff from 21 Interior Studio, I am thrilled with the results. Jeff truly listened to my ideas and make it happen, using his expertise to create a design that balance functionality, aesthetically pleasing and budget friendly. Came across 21 interior Studio while they were still at Junction 9. Was assigned to Raymond. He was very helpful with first quotation and follow up regularly after that. He is very detailed when explaining the first quotation to us which is why we ended up choosing him and the company. He brought us to get all the things we needed and was also open and respectful when we decided to source some of the things outside. He would always recommend and advise us on our choices for the design. What impresses me is that he managed to completely overhaul the whole unit within 7 weeks as we were on a tight deadline and we are in love with the whole design. He was very open and respectful to full collaboration with us as well as our external vendors. Even after completeion, he followed up with us regularly to check if we needed any touch up or rectifications. Overall, we are very happy with the whole design and how it turned out from paper to completetion. Anyone who visits our house, family or some random delivery people and stranger have commented that tge love how simple, modern and clean our house is. And lastly, i fully respect him when i told him i have a very strict budget as i will be paying the renovation in full cash and he really understands it and never push or insist that we add any unnecessary top ups. To Raymond Goh, thank you for being more than just our Id. We have made a new friend for life during this process. We do apologise if we have any shortcomings as a client or if our face does not show the emotions or reactions that you expected but we do honestly feel very happy of the final outcome!

21 interior design and ID Jeff was introduced by a very good friend of mine as she had recently completed her Reno with them not long ago. Based on her recommendation and my first meeting with them I decided to engaged Jeff as my ID. Did not regret it at all. As a first time owner of a new house and no experiences at all. Jeff did not let me down, whenever or whatever worries or queries I have. He was readily available and very responsible and responsive to my texts. That’s one of the important traits I was looking for as a ID. He will also turn up on site to supervise the workers work to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to his schedule. His expertise and thoughtfulness make my renovation journey worthwhile and rewarding. I definitely believe I was in good hand. Renovation hiccups was unavoidable, but Jeff swiftly handled all the situation promptly. Thank you Jeff for all the months of hard work and dedication. Earlier this year, we were looking for an ID for our new home at The Criterion and sent some inquiries via online to several ID companies. Sky Tan from 21 Interior Studio replied to us within a day. From the onset through our WhatsApp communication, Sky impressed us with his promptness in responses and professionalism. He provided with us his insights and gave sound suggestions to our ideas. He portrayed much experience when explaining and addressing our ideas and concerns. Throughout our renovation Journey, Sky kept us in the loop on the daily progress and milestones. He is easy to get along with, which we discovered pleasantly. He also worked and assisted in coordinating works with other contractors (e.g. air con installation, etc) timely & efficiently. We had the pleasure of working with Kelvin for our 4-room BTO renovation. We finally decided on going ahead with Kelvin after approaching several other interior designers because we felt that he understood exactly what we wanted and was able to cater to our preferences while keeping within our budget. Other designers made changes to fit our needs, to just nice looking designs and quoted us more for premium materials and labour costs. Kelvin understood the assignment, gave us what we needed and removed the extras that we didn't need. He also made the effort to produce the 3D renders as close as possible to what we had envisioned for our house. There were some hiccups along the way but Kelvin was quick to respond to and resolve any issues we had. The quality of the carpentry works exceeded our expectations. Overall, we would recommend Kelvin for his outstanding service and sense of responsibility.

Niklas was recommended to me by my friend when I was deciding to revamp my home. I met him in his shop with just simple concept in mind. He was very professional and provide practical suggestion on what to do. From tiles, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, and doors texture/color selections, he provided great ideas and matches all the color theme well. Initially, I was a bit sceptical on the color selection for the kitchen, but when I first received the 3D kitchen layout, me and my family (even my friends) were very impressed with the selected color combination. Despite his busy schedule, Niklas is always prompt in answering my queries during and even after the renovation. Me and my family members are very satisfied with the makeover – simple but modern look. The renovation started 2.5 months ago, this wonderful journey marked 90% done for now. I heard a lot of terrified stories btw the interior designers and the clients, I am lucky that none of these happened to me. Thank you very much 21 Interior Studio @2.1.i.s especially Sammy for the listening, understanding, advising and patient. During Covid, none of these are easy, with the shortage of workers, with the complaints from neighbours, with dramas like my air con compressor can’t go out from my room’s window after the whole set of wardrobes have been installed, the workers accidentally threw away my 2 bathroom taps when they cleared the rubblish. Sammy handled and resolved all the problems for me with a peace of mind. I am Highly recommended for any one who are planning for your dream house.

Naomi actually went beyond our expectations in assisting us in achieving and making what we had in mind practical even when we had a certain budget. Highly recommending 21 Interior Studio to anyone looking at doing renovations works. Being first time homeowners, my husband and I were unsure how to go about starting our renovations. Niklas and Sammy have professionally helped us through the process and executed exactly what we had in mind. Niklas has done a great job coordinating the works was patient to follow up on our numerous requests. Sammy has a good eye for details, aesthetics and colour coordination. They took time out to go tiles and materials choosing with us several times, as well as gave great suggestions to where we could get furnitures to suit our home theme. They were also constantly looking out for ways to improve the house and gave practical suggestions to make things better. Friends and families have praised that the carpentry and tiling works were very well done. In all, we are glad and thankful to have engaged Niklas and Sammy on our homebuilding journey.

I decide you give this company my most honest review although i couldnt engage them as my interior designer because due to my personal reason I wish to personally recommend Jon & Niklas who is highly professional and very meticulous in their work I met them around 7pm because i had to work late , they were so nice to meet me up although their operating hours were only until 7pm They walked me through the process and answer alot of my doubts and question regarding renovation , Niklas is very knowledgeable in regards in space planning & renovation process, both of them offer me alot of their advice which i think is much better than alot of ID who i met up earlier which they just note down what i wanted only Niklas still did a sketch up for me which i am very impressed by it Jon did my quote in a week for me, the quote was very detailed and itemised , i was able to understand and remove my doubts about those "hidden charges" , because they had planned out everything for me and did not missed anything I would recommend 100% to my friends or families member

We engaged 21 Interior Studio for ID and Renovation services from Aug to Sep 2021. It was a significant and tiring undertaking to switch homes during the COVID roller coaster - buying a Resale HDB, selling our first BTO, completing the renovation of the second house in time to vacate our first home (there was a handover deadline), shifting our small family of five (with two toddlers), making sure the kids have slots in the new neighborhood childcare. We knew the selection of ID was a make-it-or-break-it moment. Yes, it’s important to assess the ID’s design compatibility with our style, general workmanship quality, and affordability of the whole works, but above all else, it’s more about Trust (with a capital T). Needless to say, there can be a lot of difficult people to deal with in the renovation industry, and the ID needs to be able to manage these people and get the homeowners the service they paid for. We learned this hard lesson during our first BTO renovation. Sammy and Nick strike us as down-to-earth/ words-equal-to-action people, and so we decided to go with them. And we did not regret our decision. But it was still not easy. In fact, it was very challenging because of the material and manpower shortages during COVID and us having to juggle with work commitment, kids, and the renovation works simultaneously. We had to rejig our renovation schedule a few times. Fortunately, we had the help we needed from Sammy and Nick to make this transition as smooth as it could be. Compared to our BTO renovation (new flat/no floor tiling/ no demolishing) which took 2.5-3.0 months, Sammy and Nick managed it get it all done within 2 months (old flat/ overlay tiles/ remove existing carpentry/ demolish one wall). Sammy and Nick gave us much better-quality workmanship, and more work done in less time than our first ID. What I appreciated the most was their after-sales service. Their commitment to our renovation did not end after the first cut installation. They gave us full support for defect rectification, basically getting the contractors to do it and do it again until we get what we wanted. They also supported minor post-reno modifications we wanted subsequently. Responsible IDs like Sammy and Nick are rare. It was a 5-star service for me.

We engaged Christophe Hsu of 21 Interior to assist with our 4rm BTO renovation. It was an utter delight working with him as he is very responsive, responsible and prompt. There were times where certain workmanship issues arose (which were out of his control), he went above and beyond to help resolve them to our satisfaction, sometimes taking weekends and late night hours to help rectify. Would highly recommend Chris for his service!

Due to the nature of my work, I deal a lot with designers and/or home owners. Through them, I recognized the importance of finding the suitable designer whom are able to give good consultation & guidance instead of an effectuate mindset. It requires a lot of patience & tolerance as most home owners are doing renovation for their first time. I am blessed to have met both Niklas and Sammy years ago from their previous company but ultimately followed them to 21 Interior Studio when I finally made successful transaction for my 3 room resale, because it was Niklas’s technical knowledge and Sammy’s design insight that I am after! Before the commence of renovation during site inspection, Niklas highlighted to me that the wavy floor tiles may pop imminently and suggested that I probably should not proceed with overlay of vinyl flooring. While I was in dilemma between being steadfast to overlay vinyl flooring or waver towards floor tiling, Sammy found similar floor tiles to what was selected for vinyl. I was elated that I didn’t had to change my color scheme as the flooring involves a huge area of my living room. Niklas and Sammy not just build my ideal abode but also rejected some ideas I have as they ain’t practical for long term. In exchange, they were able to grasp the idea of my directions and gave optimum proposals for my reference. Even though the process of choosing materials and colours (laminates, counter top, paint, tiles, etc...) was mentally draining and time consuming for us, the end product was satisfactory and rewarding... Niklas and Sammy has impeccably transformed my imagination into existence!
