Special thanks to Aaron, Samantha, and team for a fuss-free renovation experience. We are very pleased with the overall results. 😊 Pre-signing/selection of ID: We chose to sign with AP Concept, despite already having paid deposit to another firm, because we were attracted by their accommodative working style. The discussion process regarding the house design and completion timeline was smooth. Actual works: They were very responsive throughout the communication process and managed to complete our renovation in a timely manner. As much as possible, they work around our schedule and planned various installations efficiently. They helped us with various selections (e.g. flooring color, furniture style etc.). They are able to accommodate to our needs and provided customizations accordingly (pictures attached). Also, Aaron made the extra effort to bring us around to select various materials such as sanitary fittings, lightings etc. Workmanship: They produced adequate level of quality in general. Before starting works, they sent us samples of materials chosen which was also reflected on the actual installed product. At point of writing, we have moved in for 6 months, and we have not encountered any issues so far. After sales: Even after collecting all payment, they still kept in contact with us and helped us with extra finishing touches for free.
