We had the pleasure of working with Eleanor who exceeded our expectations. One of the standout qualities was her budget consciousness. Unlike other designers we had encountered, she was incredibly accommodating and willing to work within our budget constraints without pressuring us to add unnecessary expenses. This not only put us at ease but also allowed us to fully trust her expertise in creating a stunning design without overspending. From the initial consultation, she presented us with mood boards and design ideas, showcasing her creativity and willingness to explore different options. She patiently listened to our feedback and preferences, working diligently to incorporate them into the final design. This level of attention to client preferences made the entire process collaborative and enjoyable, resulting in a space that felt uniquely tailored to our tastes and lifestyle. ● 1st time and new home owner of a BTO flat. - me and my wife scouted 3 ID company and the last was Areana Creation as they were introduced to me by a colleague. - went down to their office and was greeted by our point of contact ID namely Shawn. This was the turning point in our decision making. Shawn explained and went through our house plan meticulously via 3D software on his laptop which shows a touch of class then the other IDs we went to. Down to the measurements of anything, Shawn was there to explain what is best and not for our home look. He took great notes on our concern and how we want things to look like on our 1st meet at the office. Easy to say, my wife and I felt more confident with Shawn then the others. We took up Shawn to be our ID and signed the documents. - As expected, during CNY period there would be delay and Shawn was always there to keep updating us on the schedule. To cut it short, works was all done as per the schedule. - With all IDs, we understand that human error would be a factor and Shawn showed his best customer service to us. Very honest in his works and whatever he told us regarding work done or payment. This is very important and we greatly appreciate his ethics in this. - Best of all, his after sales service was great. Certain ID after handover would maybe wash hands and end their conversation with homeowner but Shawn would still be replying to me for issues i faced that requires his attention and it would be rectified soon. Many thanks to Shawn for all his guidance and services that makes us a very satisfied customer. To Shynn too who was part of his admin side, great work too as she help to add some feminine touch to our ideas as the wife has her views too.

Joreen has been of a great help in renovating our first home! She was responsive from the start and all the way to post-renovation, from handling of defects and answering of our questions. We have heard of many horror stories about ID going MIA or unable to contact, with joreen none of that worry ever occur to us! From start to end of project, in terms of workmanship to delivery on time, everything was spot on! Thank you for renovating our dream house and I can’t be more than happy to recommend her to my friends and family!

We had the pleasure of working with Roy when we renovated our house in two phases from 2020 to 2022. Roy listened to our needs and provided useful suggestions and advise. He was transparent and honest in communication and from beginning to end, was patient and accommodating. Covid-19 restrictions posed challenges in manpower arrangements but he was able to ensure that the works were completed on-time, often coming in to do some of the finishing touches himself. This is the BEST ID company I have engaged. Jasmine is very responsible, friendly and kind hearted. She is very professional in her work. And most of all very detailed. She did not leave any details untouched. She is very responsive to WhatsApp and call. And she is very good at co-ordinating work. Even though the electrician and aircon are not by her, she liaise with both suppliers efficiently. Whenever I thought was an issue, she had already thought about it and have plans to rectify it. She visited my new place regularly to make sure all works are done properly. The only fear of engaging an ID company is that they are either Ah Beng Ah Lian who don’t care much but their own $$ and empty promises with dragging deadline. I experience this a few time and I nearly wanna give up until I met Jasmine. She is the opposite. She is kind, friendly, sweet and helpful. She explains everything and treat the whole project like her own home. She follows her renovation deadline and manage to renovate my 4rm flat in just a month with hacking of walls and kitchens. Even my aircon and Electrican sing praises about her and how easy it is to work with her. In the whole month I only went up like 2 times to check on the house during Reno period. I totally trusted jasmine because of their professionalism and the end product was superb! I totally recommend Jasmine to everyone. Especially if you are new flat owners. Please don’t need to go do shopping. Trust Jasmine. She will give you no headache. Thank you Jasmine!

My parents engaged Areana Creations for their renovation of their 3-room resale flat, and due to delays from the purchase, had a very tight turnaround of a month. It would normally be almost impossible in this Covid period, and especially during the year-end and CNY holidays crunch - but they were steadfast in their commitment to offer up the best options and plans, while keeping to the budget, so that my parents could move in comfortably and on time. Our ID, Jasmine, was not only meticulous in making sure she listened to my parents’ requirements for their retirement home, but also made great suggestions and improvements with their needs in mind. Her planning was impeccable and vendors completed their work efficiently, minimising disruption to surrounding neighbours. Thank you Jasmine and Dave, for always being available to respond to all matters of queries, and for being so accommodating, patient and quick-thinking. I shopped around and spoke to a handful of IDs before I settled on working with Jasmine (AMK Branch) for my home renovation. I was impressed with Jasmine during the initial appt as she listened to my requirements and provided relevant solutions, unlike the other IDs I went to, where they spent 80% of the time trying to sell their ideas and lifestyle to me, which didn't match my plans. Overall, the renovation was a success and it was an enjoyable process. Jasmine's quality of service did not reduce even after the renovation was completed. When we were sourcing for interior designer, Areana Creation received good review for value for money. I’m certainty glad that YY Tan (YY) picked up the call when we contacted Areana Creation. YY came across as someone who had been in the trade long enough to advise pitfalls in ID quotes. Her professionalism and strong follow up skill ultimately won us over, coupled with no hidden cost quotation which was straight forward for ease of understanding. During our renovation, YY exhibited her creativity in design that truly catered to our needs. She was not afraid to let us know our design preference had flaws and was persistent in advising us against them. At the same time, she was considerate to our design inclinations and introduced work around solutions to elevate the final design to mutually receptive outcome. She had been very patient with our design changes and had been accommodative. Her sincerity was evident on occasions that she placed our interest before contractors when managing them. She was frequently onsite to ensure works were executed according to plan. YY also went the extra mile when we were sourcing for our accessories beyond her quotation by sharing proven vendors who delivered with quality and how those accessories fit into the design. So far, her recommendations had not disappointed us. In the end, we paid only for what we need. She is also very accountable and responsible even after our house were handed over by following up with contractors for touching up working. Our renovation would be tougher without her presence. The final result would definitely vary greatly if not for her experience. I would strongly recommend YY as your interior designer if you are looking for someone who is a.
