Our ID, Zoey, is easy to work with and is always ready to follow up through the renovation process. She is the single point of contact and gives constant updates on the reno progress. We do not have to worry much through the reno process, which is precisely the reason why we chose to work with ID. The carpentry work is quite well done with precisions to the measurements we required, and care taken to make sure we understand details for e.g. like how the door opens.
