Carpenters did a beautiful transformation on my house into a cozy, warm looking home. My ID, Wei Ming, was professional, yet sensitive and patient man. He provided at least 2 to 3 design suggestions for each room, taking into consideration the likings,  character and lifestyle of different family members and did not sacrifice aesthetic for practicality in his design. His recommendations on the pairing of materials to the design created a warm and welcoming effect for the house. Wei Ming also meticulous checked the works done to ensure standard and quality before delivering the house.

We are lucky to have Wei Ming from carpenters for our kitchen renovation. It is an old 4 room hdb flat and we wanted a change of look. Although ours is a small kitchen project, Wei Ming is very patient, attentive and proposed many creative and practical solutions to our needs. Selecting the laminates and color design was very difficult for us but Wei Ming made it easy with his aesthetic recommendations. He is also very responsive over WhatsApp calls and messages, keeping us on track with the renovation process and he tries his best to accommodate our changing demands which we feel very appreciative. We bought our 5yr old 5room bto flat in KH Close mid last yr. While going thru the buying process, we researched and met w like 5 ID cos. Picked Carpenters after meeting ID Junjie, who is the only one who showed us a 3d rendering of space planning based on our needs. Recommended to my sis as well as shes also moving into her 5 room flat in Woodlands. With the semi lockdown status of 2021, both ID Junjie (Jj) and us worked thru the design and scheduling of works almost flawlessly. Jj is a patient and knowledgeable ID and his design for our unit for modern lux came out beautifully for us. The video made after reno will testify to that. Pricing i would say is reasonable. We did the whole unit including flooring and wall hecking. Carpentry works so far after abt 10 mths of use showed no prblm. Only wish i had was i shud have stuck to Blum instead of compromising to use other brand of drawer sliders, hinges. They are not as smooth. Pay the extra and go Blum. Timings and scheduling the reno was a challenge due to lack of manpower then, but Jj managed well and handover unit to us as planned. Overall took abt 2mths plus i thnk and its ok considering the status of manpower shortage then. The bathroom designs and color choices of Jj was also spoton. Looks classy. He also helped us with some other installations of kitchen tools that we bought seperately. Project also came with warranty and thats assuring. If u choose Caprenters as ur ID co, look for ID Junjie. He is diligent, knowledgeable and patient. Overall we are happy with the works done and felt the money invested was well spent. Minimal prblms but resolved any that surfaced. Good luck to anyone elses' project of renovating ur new homes!

I had a rough vision of what I needed and Xueqi brought it to life, and suggested some improvements / accommodations along the way. ID: Voon Engaged with Carpenters for a redo of a resale unit, and aimed to maintain some of the flair of the original design coupled with some simple modernity, to manage both budget as well as functionality. Overall I would say its been a good experience with Voon as he works hard, always respond on WhatsApp irrespective of time and day even though I don't expect that from him eg weekends or evenings. He has taken us to select the right tiles and colour and matching. Had some additions along the way, and was accommodated professionally with a fair price. Voon is detailed as he will provide his advice on it eg the height of the steps, leveling between shower area, skirting and even frames. Everything can be discussed and as long as it's something you really want, they will accommodate. Would recommend as they have a showroom, and you dont have to worry about shoddy work or contractors running away. Other specific needs such as invisible grill, door, electrical rewiring, plumbing, mirror etc are all arranged by Voon and managed by him. Makes it easier to coordinate through one person. So thank you Carpenters and Voon for the overall project.

We have engaged Carpenters and our IDs were Junhao and Eva. Both of them were extremely patient and understanding. They are very experienced and dedicated in their area of work and was able to provide good ideas, alternative and solutions throughout the renovation journey. No renovation will be perfect but both Junhao and Eva never stop at any challenge and was quick to help us resolve any issues. Minor hiccups here and there are very common in renovation but the most important is the recovery portion which we feel Junhao and Eva has done an excellent job in meeting our requirements. Kudos to both of them and we will definitely recommend them to new home owners!

We have been attracted to the Carpenters due to their loft design. After reviewing with ID Connie, we decided to abandon loft idea due to the space constraint. She has then suggested alternative designs and we have ended up designing the whole flat. She has coordinated lighting contractor also, even though billing is separate, and this has helped in simplifying renovation application to the condo management. Throughout the process she is very patient, very attentive and very hardworking. Of course, there are certain hiccups along the way but most of them are due to ambiguity in our requirements and we should be more precise in our communication. In any case, her contractors are very efficient and they have completed in stages within our required timeframe. As of end of Jan-24, the renovation is ongoing and we still have yet to see the final qualities.

We have a very tight deadline to meet as well as odd requests that we are not sure if it makes sense or possible and he being a very experienced designer is able to adhere to our timeline and design requests. His team of workers, like plumbers, electricians and carpenters were friendly and experienced too. His shared taste in style, valuable insights, precision in executing the whole project from initial to all the way as well as his reliability all contributed to a successful and smooth sailing interior design project. ID: Mark Qayyum After going through several reno companies, i have decided to go with him. The takeaway was that he is able to execute the job since the first meet up. He is able to provide advice and design that we wanted. He adopted the following skills which i personally find differs from other IDs that i have met. 1) Perfect detailing with proper dimension (shown the outcome design on the spot) 2) Prompt response when in doubt 3) Firm with the contractor that he is dealing 4) Take pride and ownership of the projects that he is dealing 5) patience when there is minor tweak in design. No doubt. If those of you who wants to get him as your ID, your house is in good hands. There were several hiccups during the process of my renovation. At the initial stage, everything went smoothly within the timeline. I had some issue with the carpentry but it was not fully his fault as the delay was on the contractor. After much delay, it went quite well. Price quotation for my reno, expect to fork out quite abit. I prefer to go with an ID that can constantly be connected for any clarification and easy going. If i had the chance to do up a reno for my other property, i would go with him and this reno company. Kudos for their professionalism. Thumbs up!

While Mia brings to the table her element of design aesthetics, Edward balances it out with his practical opinions, giving us the best of both worlds. Edward was very responsive and responsible. I was impressed by their in-house interior designer team and their professionalism and speed at pre-planning the outcome of my micro-sized kitchen. The delivery of the cabinetry was on time as well. I had approached them because it was difficult to find prefabricated options that allowed me to get my induction and sink in one spot, and also wanted to get a drawer chopping board that pulled out. Being a solo owner trying to organise my resale renovation myself, and not knowing a lot of the technicalities of what it would mean to pull it all together perfectly, it would've been amazing if electrical work and plumbing work plus advice around that were given and suggested as being part of the package in the first instance. We eventually did include plumbing as part of the works, but the sequence on my end was weird as I would have had to rework a bunch of items to achieve a completely concealed look. I suggest new owners to reemphasise and quadruple check non-negotiable needs so nothing gets missed out in the end. All in all, I am really satisfied with the outcome and feel that it makes my tiny apartment efficient despite the size constraints.

Thank you Carpenters for a great job done for my company in E-Centre #03-07/08/09. It was a big space with many alterations and refurbishing work to be done within a tight schedule. Alloy Koh did a magnificent job in coordinating with his team to accommodate our tight schedule. I appreciate Mr Terence Ooi's space planning for my BTO 4 room flat. He plans according to my family's individual needs. He is patient and professional. Most of the time, he answers calls and messages almost immediately. He updates us regularly too. He is hands-on to do touch-ups. For example, I felt the painting at cable trunking was not so satisfactory. He came and did the touch-ups himself. In another incident, he saw that we put the cable to the watch winder hapzardly, he asked permission and re-do it for us. I would recommend him to friends and relatives.

Our ID Alloyious is very professional in his work. He is organised, proactive and gives great advice. Very helpful especially for first time BTO couples! What we were most impressed with is when he took on the job of our renovation from a colleague - who had to leave for personal reasons, and did his best to pick up from where she left to accommodate us. We did our renovation in December 2018. Four months in, the condition of all the built-in items are still in great condition. We are also very pleased with the workmanship of the floor (parquet). Just hire a interior designer from hell with lack of creativity and exorbitant charges, decide to cut down my ID renovation work with him ... it is at this desperate and hopeless moment, that I met Zane Koh from Carpenters - Heng Ah! As this renovation works was done during the COVID phase 2 period, we knew that there were strict worker restrictions and lack of workers. However, Xueqi is resourceful in helping to get our requirement done and she would always reply us quite promptly. As with any works, there bound to have some hiccups. but Xueqi would be readily available to rectify them, thus the renovation process was relative smooth. It helps that her quote was also reasonable base on the work needed.. Although the work we needed was not extensive, she was very responsive from the very beginning.. Of course there were still hiccups in the course of the renovation but Xueqi was prompt to take action/responsibility and didn't try to argue/push the blame around..
