Today we’d like to share our great renovation experience with Connie. Connie was the first ID who reached out after we submitted request in Hometrust, and was the only ID who requested for a site review as the first meet-up. After we consulted all the IDs, we felt that Connie's proposal stood out amongst the others in terms of design, material, cost competitiveness - somehow our interactions just felt 'right'. During the designing stage, Connie took us through every single step, and was very patient and attentive to our needs. She patiently explained the pros and cons of each design so we can make a decision. I can't visualise, so Connie always prepare multiple renders of different colours just to help me decide. Connie also brought us to choose materials together, and taught us what to look out for and how to go about selecting materials that best fit our needs. During the renovation process, Connie set clear next steps, timelines & milestones, and always kept us updated with messages & videos. Since we’re both very busy at work, Connie managed most of the items on her own, and even helped liaise all our installations, deliveries, + arranged a handyman to help us fix our TB furnitures. Connie was also very accommodating to our last minute requests - She gets problems resolved quickly, and would also propose alternatives if our requests were not feasible. We're very lucky to have Connie from Dan Avenue to go through the renovation process with us, her professionalism and passion towards interior design will make us remember her for a long time. We highly recommend Connie to anyone who is going through their renovation journey.

Danson and his team are highly professional individuals who provided exceptional guidance throughout the entire process of my house renovation. Even though I had a tight budget, they advised and worked within my financial constraints.
