Very happy with the new look of my dining chairs! I like the fabric and their workmanship very much! Thanks Adeline and Desace team. The whole process was very smooth. Adeline was very patient and helpful and all their other staff are all very friendly too! I really enjoyed the experience. Glad we decided to spend more on a proper upholstery company like Desace. Pricing is definitely more than Shopee but at least we are guaranteed with it’s expertise and quality and not some cheap feel touch. Desace uses fabrics from Belgium which produce probably the best fabric in the world. So thank you adeline and your team!

Had a hard time looking for a company we can trust to upholster and care for our 40yo teak wood sofa. Came across Desace and Joanne was accomodating and patient with us during the whole process. Lovely workmanship, will definitely entrust them with our sofas in the future.

I chose this business because of the reviews and the workmanship of lounge suites which were reupholstered. The workmanship is definitely worthy of 5 stars. However my experience was a lengthy process which dates back to 19/3/22 when I made the down payment and I just received my lounge suite….. yesterday. 24/6/22. The design I chose was from Europe. The disruption with Russia invading the Ukraine delayed the delivery process to the Desace business. Fair enough. On 22/4/22 I contact Desace to ask if the fabric arrived. It had arrived from Europe but the company can not pick up my lounge suite until after the May holidays. 9/5/22 lounge suite picked up by Desace delivery service. Great. Problem. My lounge suite was too long, too heavy and could not fit in the lift. It had to be manuereved via the stairs, despite measurements given with a picture of it, when I made my enquiry about the reupholster service. It finally got to Desace to be reupholstered. 25/5/22. I receive an enquiry to ask if they can cut my long sofa in half because it’s too long, too large, too heavy for the staff to carry up the staircase. They can clip it back together once it’s delivered back into the condo. No, no, no! The phone conversation I had with Adeline prevented this from happening. The justification for this, was that when I moved here, the moving company managed to get this suite up via the stairs, so it can actually be done. 17/6/22. An excessive additional fee which was more than 3 times the $90 delivery cost. A professional moving company charged $380 for extra man power via the staircase to move one sofa. An extra $380. Not impressed. 24/6/22. The moving company arrived early. This excited me. The delivery man tells me, we cannot bring it up the stairs. I am……..livid. I could not contain my frustration anymore. I had to call Desace and ask Adeline to speak with the moving company because I reached the end of my tether. Amazingly, it made it up four levels of stairs with supervision of the secruity guard, and tips from the Desace team who dealt with it the first time. The rest of the lounge suite was delivered by Desace. I learnt a very big lesson here. It pays to be absolutely descriptive of your furnishing and helpful to tell the company where it was purchased from internationally. Also, I advise customers that you may require a lot of patience for the time frame given if it is not met. Communication is also strongly advised. Adeline was fantastic to communicate with. One more tip. Prepare for extra costs if your furnishings do not fit in the lift.

Come across friend recommendation on Desace Studio. Thinking to refurbish my 7 years old sofa. Desace Studio Adeline professional advices and indeed it turns out to be 5 stars services and their workmanship is superb and good. Is definitely better than buying a new one. highly recommended.

Brought a scanteak 20 odd years old cushion to customise for new cushion, was surprise that the new set of cushion was even better than the original set. They also provide new make to measure cushion covers as well. Highly recommended. Thanks Ziwei @ upper Serangoon branch retail shop for your service and recommendation. Will be ordering a new set of cushion cover from u soon.
