Ave was very patient in terms of understanding our ever changing requirements and guided us through the process in detail. She understood what we were looking for and helped us with the designs with visuals and examples. She often visited the site and was on top of all the work that was happening updating us almost on a daily basis about the progress as well as highlighting any issues in advance while also proposing a suitable alternative. My husband and I were really impressed with her time management, she has a schedule detailing each phase and the renovation completed on time allowing us to move in within the deadline we wanted. Ave is very detail oriented and we really enjoyed working with her. It was a really pleasant experience for our first home renovation and we highly recommend her and would love to work with her again.
