I would like to extend my gratitude to Atika Masuri from Emie Design. When I first approached her, she was very sincere and friendly, and provided me with a quotation that includes everything that I had planned out to do for my new abode. Although I did not engage her (honestly regretting it) , she was still approachable and provided guidance and answered my queries without any hesitation. As a Muslim, i am honestly touched because I feel she puts in amanah(trust) and sincere effort in helping fellow houseowners like me and I think that is the most important thing to look out for when choosing an ID. I have come across many IDs who started doing half hearted work after getting their first payment. I pray that she will succeed due to her sincerity and I wish nothing but the best for her. Engaged Emie Design for our 1st home. Liked the works posted online and went down for enquiries. Found that they were transparent and offer a competitive quote. Although there were some hiccups along the way, service recovery by Elfi was very commendable and professional!
