In my opinion, Andre is a rare ID who does not push for unnecessary work just to earn more. Before meeting him, I consulted three other ID who suggested extensive renovations to reach a minimum budget of $60-80K for a brand-new condo. Andre, however, adopts a practical approach, focusing only on what is truly needed and going above and beyond to address any issues. I have recommended him to my family and friends, and I would not hesitate to engage him again if I move to a new home. Thumbs up!

We worked with Han for the renovation of our condo in AMK. We wanted a retro theme and made some slides of inspiration along with a list of specific elements we wanted (like old school kopitiam tiles in the kitchen and Toto washlets in the bathrooms). We ended up doing hacking and reno of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. One bedroom we only painted and added new flooring. The project was extensive and Han kept us updated the whole time with visits, photos, and videos. Items like the flooring were easy and hassle free. A few items did have some bumps along the way such as multiple trips for carpentry and painting, but some of that was also to be expected with a large project and high expectations. Han does a good job of making sure you are happy and walking through the project multiple times to find areas that need improvement. The entire project took about 5 months (including the time off for CNY) and we were able to move in on time. Jones also helped a lot with walk throughs, cleanup, communication, and followups. If we had to pick an area for improvement, it would be with painting contractors, as that was our biggest headache. Overall, Han is very thoughtful and you can tell he cares deeply about his work. We are excited about our project and happy with how beautiful it turned out!

I worked with Andre from H Design for the renovation of a heritage apartment that was built in the early 1900s. The state of the house wasn't in the best condition but Andre somehow managed to work his magic to help us figure out how we can not only make the home functional for our needs, but also a comfortable place for us to live in.
