Wanted to reno my kitchen in December for CNY and found Home Reno on google. I had many bad experiences with other renovation contractors previously and I’m a bit skeptical even after reading some positive reviews about them, but I decided to call them to get a quote. Sam is our project coordinator, after visiting our house, he quoted me a reasonable price despite the tight timeline. Thus, decided to engage them for the reno work. He is a veteran, very experienced, responsive, and reliable. He is also very easy-going and a chatty person, a bit nagging sometimes please bear with him cuz he really knows his work. Many times, he provided us with very professional and constructive suggestions. He really knows what he is doing and will always keep us updated on the reno schedule. We managed to get our kitchen job completed before CNY! There are a few plus points that I really appreciated – • They do not aggressively push you for payment, that’s why im very comfortable with them. • Sam is very proactive and responsive; he will always reply very promptly to my messages. • His workers are all very courteous and on time. Im really happy and satisfied with them, will definitely go back to them for other reno work in future.
