I recently had my home renovated by Inizio Atelier, and overall, I'm very pleased with the outcome. From the initial meeting, Andrew and Isabelle were eager to understand my preferences. Andrew carefully documented my needs, likes, and dislikes, ensuring my vision was clear. The project was then managed by Isabelle, who followed through the renovation process over two months with great dedication. She was diligent in coordinating the various tasks and was always patient and prompt in addressing my questions. As with any renovation, there were some inevitable issues that arose, causing a ripple effect. However, Inizio Atelier was quick to find solutions and showed genuine commitment to service recovery. While the contractor's workmanship had some shortcomings, the overall service from Inizio Atelier was commendable. My "new" home has received many compliments, and I'm delighted with the transformation. Inizio Atelier, Andrew and Isabelle demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and successfully brought my vision to life.

When we first met Andrew, he was keen to find out our requirements and desired look. We had almost zero but he walked us through the process instead of just giving us a template. As we have a 1 year old, he would meet us at our place to make it convenient for us. Even now and then, we would ask him for advice on furniture and he would let us know what fits and what doesnt. Andrew helped to get things done without much worry even while we were away on holiday during renovation. the carpentry work was impressive and minor touch were needed. he's very patient and passionate in his work, going through multiple revisions until we were satisfied with the end result, a unique and original design that fits our request. Can see that he takes pride in his work. Thanks a lot Andrew! Truly recommended.

Was linked up to Inizio Atelier (IA) via Qanvast and Andrew was prompt in setting appointment dates and was attentive in following up with my family’s design specifications based on our lifestyle and needs. Although we didn’t engage IA (as we proceeded with a family friend) I’m reviewing as we’ve compliments for Andrew. We appreciate Andrew’s input and feedback in meeting our design requirements and in budget planning. From Day 1, he was accommodating and understanding, allowing us consult via Zoom to convey our design ideas. When we met, we were relieved that he didn’t give a generic resale layout idea (unlike some IDs) and recommended some ideas on how we could incorporate what we wanted without exceeding our budget. Throughout our dealings with Andrew (online/ in person), we could sense Andrew’s sincerity in his proposals. His past works are also a testament to show how he shows attention to detail and is receptive to feedback. Furthermore, he is one who listens and gives constructive advice to work around ideas that we had. If given the opportunity, we would definitely consider engaging Andrew and recommend him to family and friends. Thank you Andrew and IA, and all the best in your future projects.

Like many others who are searching for IDs, we chanced upon Inizio Atelier. Among all the IDs we met, Alex Xie was the one who stood out from the rest of the IDs with his creative designs, ideas and vision to build a home for home owners by offering his unique ideas within reasonable budget. He would understand our preferences; life styles, from things we prefer to things we do not prefer, as part of his planning. He will take note of the little details through our conversation which we did not specifically mention to him. Most importantly, one does not worry about any pushy sales tactics or sales talks from him. He is responsible and patient in rendering his expertise during selection of materials like vinyl, tiles, and furniture etc. Also, he is very accommodating to our working schedules to meet us after work and even to discuss ideas till late in the night. He would be very excited to share his creative ideas to us and one is definitively able to feel his passion in his work. We all know that nothing is perfect during a renovation process, but with prompt follow up from Alex, he is able to be flexible in re-organising the sequence of work and work with what he had. During clearing of defects, he is very efficient to clear and update us on the progress promptly. We appreciate for his effort to share this renovation journey with us.

Stellon created a mood board which captured our inspirations and concepts well. He was meticulous and plays attention to the tiny details, doing up many options and eventually narrowing down to 3 for our choice. Although we did not appoint Inizio Atelier as our ID as it did not fit our budget, we were impressed by Stellon’s work ethic and desire to put his heart into everything that he does.
