Interior Artist reached out to me through Renopedia, and Shermain and Grace were the designers. I was really impressed with the design they presented during my first visit to their showroom. Throughout the entire renovation, they were super quick with updates and took care of any issues that came up. They were also really understanding of my constantly changing requests and still managed to hand over my house on time. I’m truly impressed by their dedication and effort. We were introduced to Interior Artist Pte Ltd- specifically Brenda—through a friend who was highly satisfied with their work, and they’ve been instrumental in helping us settle into our new home in about three weeks. Brenda made a promise, and she delivered. What truly stood out was her collaborative approach. She worked closely with both my husband and me, allowing us to make our own choices while thoughtfully offering her expertise where it was needed, never imposing her own preferences. Brenda managed multiple site visits, kept a consistent line of communication, and was always a pleasure to work with. My personal favorite in my home is the TV panel: minimalist, elegant, and exactly what we envisioned. I would highly recommend Brenda and Interior Artist Pte ltd for any home renovation project.

Interior Artist was recommended by a friend as we wanted to renovate our toilet. Skyler was the designer who came over and discussed on the design and quotation. Interior Artist quotation was individually itemised, so we know what we are paying for and the price was reasonable. Skyler came up with the design which we were quite happy. He accompanied us to choose the tiles and accessories. He was not pushy and very compromising. Skyler also helped to get the contractor to do some other complimentary modifications around the house which we were very grateful. Ryan was the Project Manager who oversaw the project. He came daily to check on the work and helped to clear the debris. He was also a handyman who helped out with minor modifications. He coordinated with the contractors on the timing and updated us accordingly.

Homerenoguru selected five ID firms, Wayne from interior artists contacted me and requested for some video of my house. He managed to get what I wanted for my house and responded quickly with a 2.5D drawing. I like the clean look presented. I’m happy with the whole process. Most of the defects were handled promptly. Had engaged them for renovation on our 4rm resale flat done by Jingwei and Jamie. They were professional in every way possible beyond our expectation. Even though our timing was tight to the core, they managed to squeeze in every opportunity possible to complete the planned works. There were some delays due to poor condition of the resale unit but Jingwei and team managed to arrange the works and shift his worker's schedule to meet our needs. We only have 2 weeks to complete the renovation of 2 toilets, carpentry for living and master, entire home vinyl flooring and lighting and they have put together all their resources for us to complete them on time and handed back the home to us in order. Thanks to Jingwei and team that we are able to move into our new home within 2 weeks after getting our keys.

Very thankful to Brenda and Skyler who did a great job in my new home renovation. Skyler (referred by a friend) did the 3D modelling with design ideas & drafts while Brenda came in as project manager to coordinate every process. At first, I had a bit worry over two contact windows that might cause miscommunication. But very soon I was proven wrong, they partnered seamlessly to address every detail and complete the project on schedule that enabled my family to move in one week before CNY. They both worked in an organized and efficient manner, discussion with them was pleasantly interactive and productive. They always patiently listened to our thoughts and then came up with appropriate suggestions to help me on decision-making. During the renovation work, in every 2-3 days, Brenda took onsite videos to keep me updated of the progress, I could feel at ease even on overseas trip. After handover, there's some minor touch-up which also got fixed by Brenda and Skyler. Their response and attitude have been consistently genuine, customer-centric and professional throughout, they are trustworthy IDs that care my project (not a big one) as much as I do. I'm so glad that I have found them, I will definitely return to them for any future renovation. They deserve more good words and recommendations.

Prior to that, we had explored many other interior designers, but none matched the exceptional service and attitude we received from Interior Artist. The entire renovation process was very smooth, and communication was seamless. Skyler even assisted us with tasks that were not part of the package. We were introduced to Jingwei by our friends and had contacted him via IG DM. Shortly after, we received Jingwei’s WhatsApp to check on our layout and requirement before our meet up. He was able to come up with an initial design within 1 week from our call and we were able to discuss using his initial design during our first meeting. We like how he designed the false ceiling to avoid doing a wrap around the existing aircon, without the need for us to tell him. With his initial design, it made the discussion very fruitful and easy. Jingwei followed up with me and provided updates very promptly. Though we didn’t engage Interior Artist in the end due to our personal reason, we will still highly recommend Jingwei and Jayme!
