My hubby and I had the pleasure of working with Thomas from INTR on designing our new home, From start to finish, Thomas demonstrated an exceptional attention to detail that truly set him apart. We shared with him our home Pinterest board and he included all the key design elements that perfectly matched our vision. Thomas sense of ownership over the project was evident throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and he was always available to provide helpful suggestions and guidance. His expertise and creativity were invaluable, consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the design was executed flawlessly. One of the things we appreciated most about working with Thomas was his ability to create a cohesive and harmonious look. He has a remarkable talent for blending different styles and elements to create a space that feels both unique and inviting. Serene and Lindy did a great job guiding us, first time home owners, on the art of balancing form and function. They never ran out of novel ideas and practical solutions to our asks and problems. Having endured the long wait (through covid) for our place, we were very appreciative of their ability to manage the project within budget and on time.

It’s such a pleasant experience and journey renovating my new place under the keen eyes of Serene and Thomas of INTR. They have delivered above my expectation in terms of design; details and reliability. During the course of the three months of renovation, I was travelling extensively but I found myself not needing to worry about the progress; everything was well coordinated and communicated. They have taken time to understand my preference and style; while accommodating to my wants, they had offered independent advice and suggestions thus enabling me to make better decision and achieved better style without compromising practicality. I have just moved in and enjoying the space very much. I have received compliments from family and friends on the quality of work of carpentry, tiling and attention to details in the design. I am also very pleased with the help and willingness to share their thoughts on the furnitures and furnishings when asked. They have also helped to procure some on my behalf due to my travel. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with the professionalism of both Thomas and Serene.
