Decided to meet Jialux Interior just for a quotation at first. Met up with ID Issac and Cyrus and decided to go with them. They were very accommodating to us and our fickle mindedness. They understood that as first time homeowners going through their very first renovation, my wife and i were unsure. The designs changed multiple times and they also are open to the change as well. And their recommendations for aircon and electrician were amazing, both of them were very good and provide excellent service as well. Their understanding of our needs, coupled with their accommodating attitude and excellent communication, with timely timeline in the whatsapp group, all of these made them a joy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for talented interior designers who genuinely care about their clients' visions.

We first met Ignatius through a recommendation. He is someone who is comfortable to talk to, open to ideas, able to provide professional advice on things we were uncertain of, and would not recommend unnecessary things just to earn extra bucks. He is able to deliver the theme and expectations given to him. He has also taught us lots of renovation terms, explaining the end-to-end renovation process. Although there were some issues along the way, it was promptly resolved. We are genuinely thankful for him handling our renovation project. (Anyone reading this is likely still looking for an ID. It's tiring to speak to many IDs to look for the right one - with Gerald, you're going to be off to a fantastic start!) We met Gerald at a Hitch by Hitcheed event and would count getting to know him as one of our biggest takeaways from there. While we went with another ID in the end, we found Gerald is someone who is patient, responsive, friendly and has a cheerful demeanor. Most importantly, he is very professional and goes above and beyond. In our meetings with him, we noticed that he had excellent ideas that go beyond purely design, had a knack for quickly coming up with ideas that incorporated our requests into the design, and paid a lot of attention to our lifestyles to incorporate into the design. In fact, his first question to us was whether we had any hobbies! He is someone we would highly recommend to our friends and we look forward to being able to engage Gerald in the future!

Wei Xuan is an awesome ID! Very approachable and comfortable to talk to as a person! As an ID, he is super meticulous, goes the extra mile to assist us throughout the whole renovation process! Not to mention making everything very smooth and easy to understand for us. Constantly updates about the works that are going on and even takes time to supervise the work when we are not in Singapore. 15/10 rating as an ID! Also did I forget that he gave us our dream house? Definitely a 9.5/10 with the 0.5 being we (the home owners) screwed up a little on our part. Other than that, when people ask us "what is the thing we regret about the house?", we apparently cannot answer that.

100% highly recommend getting Wei Xuan as your ID. He finished our reno works way before our expected date and NOTHING WENT WRONG at all (which i feel is rare). We were very particular about even super minor scratches and he immediately rectified it within a day or two. I was lucky to hire an ID that was responsible with the entire renovation process. Don’t go other IDs just go to wei xuan and tell him ur budget, he’ll make it work and you’ll have a beautiful house.

I'm here to leave a wonderful review for my ID Ignatius Yeo. We engaged them in early March 2023 for our parent’s renovation. We approached him through recommendations and within a short span of time the quotation and initiate design was out & also a rough idea on how to re-design the 20+ years house. During the consult, we informed that we would like a minimalist Japanese ambience concept. Within the same week he took the initiative to measure out every single angle of the house through the house plan provided by HDB. He also spent his time explaining to us what is the main few important areas of reno and ensuring our parents spent their money on the necessary for their old age of living. This was exactly what we needed from a detailed ID who cares for his customers standard of living, budget and expectations. All of our doubts turns to trust when consulting them. Ignatius ensure that we have our renovations updates almost every week on what have already completed and things we need to take more of. Details are clearly given out by him. He is so patient with us through the entire journey of the renovations, be it choosing of kitchen items, tiles, flooring, painting, everything. He did a wonderful job and the handover of the renovation completions was within the timeline communicated. All workmanships are superb and the theme was what our parents wanted for! Ignatius gave good recommendation of the colour theme of what type of furniture & lighting we should be sourcing for as well. This came very handy as we have no knowledge. Workmanship Yes, the workmanship is superb! If you spot any minor issues, Ignatius will get it fixed within the week! Service Excellent customer service him and prompt responses within the day. Value for Money Yes they do. All the discussion made within our budget and the outcome is 360 change of a brand new house!

I started to engage IDs in Nov 2022 for my small unit, space solution is the upmost important factor I was looking at. Among the 4 IDs I have met, Zi Wei's solution was the most sensible one based on my requirement. In fact I only provided very high level ideas of the theme color, how I would like to display things, where I need more shelving, Zi Wei was able to come up with a very tasteful and functional design. Zi Wei is super diligent in her work and at the same time very flexible. She sent over the dimension and color details for review, for those places that I need adjustment, she would accommodate but at the same time advise further the subtle details that we need to consider. She also managed the curtain installation and Wells water dispenser installation on behalf of me. I only have 4 weeks for renovation and it was completed on time. The quality of work is magnificent, I don't see anywhere being cut corner. All the shelvings are nicely built and partitioned, drawers all with soft closing. Even after the handover, Zi Wei sent over her men to touch up some areas of the house. If you are looking for a reliable and talented ID, who is able to deliver, Zi Wei is definitely your go to person.

Engaging with Jialux has been one of our best decision made in recent years. How can I say? There's nothing but all praises from us for their great services and workmanship. I’ve tried to contact to 3 different IDs during the Covid-19 circuit breaker period Aug-2020, in preparation for my new BTO flat in Q4 2021. Khim was assigned to my account, and he made us feel very comfortable during the initial conversation. The offer by Jialux was reasonable at that time, and there’s also assurance of price will not hike due to pandemic or other factors. We decided to sign with Jialux, thinking that in just 1-year time, we will be able to start our renovation. However, things turn unexpectedly that, our BTO further delay for about 9 months. We were so worried about the increased cost and whether it will impact our agreed contract. However Khim kept assuring us that they will honour the price. True to their words, they honour the price, and we even request to do more for our new BTO, at a reasonable price too! During the pandemic, we had many unforeseen circumstances, e.g like we sold our matrimonial flat early (before HDB informed us of the delays), and WFH was very inconvenient for us. Khim fully understand our situation, and did his best to help us. Not only he had gone further to ensure the projects are done in good job, he even complete and hand over our new house 1.5 months before schedule! During the reno, he was always very prompt to reply us, and whatever request we’ve made, he will give good suggestions, and assist us in making the right decision. It’s really very comfortable to work with him, and have him to do the renovation for us. I often fly off for business trip every 1-2 week, and I know that Khim will be there to make sure job well done. How many trusted ID can you find like him nowadays? Maybe still a lot, but one who can be like a good friend to you, it's rare... We indeed fully appreciate him very much, and of course, when wife is happy, so everyone will be happy. He don’t hard-sell ( I think this is why we decided to work with him too ) he was there to listen to our ideas and dreams of our house and affirm us whether it’s possible or not. I love his character and easy going personality that he has. I think working with him was enjoyable. And I hope he can design more dram house for everyone that is looking for a reliable , friendly, easy going and most importantly PROFESSIONAL 🆔, thank you Thiam Soon from Jia Lux !
