We chose to proceed with Shim because his lux design really stood out among the other 4 firms we met. He was sincere and attentive to our requirements and gave practical suggestions which we really like. Although small hiccups happened occasionally, he was frank about the situation, and prompt to resolve them to cover up for lost time. Overall completion was within our given timeline. Shim was passionate and enthusiastic in designing our new home. He involved us throughout the whole renovation process, from choosing the materials to the colours, and even accommodated the changes that we wanted along the way. He patiently explained the design concept to us to help us visualise the final product when we had difficulties grasping it, despite having the drawing. Had a very good renovation experience with Shim. He is dependable and is frequently on site to check on the workmanship of the contractors. He updates us on the project progress and will help sort out any issues as soon as possible. There were times when we had to add on additional works and he was able to get it sorted without delaying the overall project timeline. There wasn't any renovation issue that he couldn't solve for us. We are thankful that he came down on site on several occasions to help sort out the placements of the electrical and lighting points and the bath accessories with us according to our living habits. I have recommended many of my family members and friends who are planning on renovating their house to Shim and will continue to do so. Thank you Shim!

Wanna thanks Shim for his expertise and advise during the reno of our current flat. He was very patient throughout though we were pretty difficult at times. 😅 Really thankful for all the advise on colors, materials and etc etc throughout.
