We have GREAT experience engaging Monomer Studio and SHOUTOUT to Mr Victor for experience, attentiveness in his project,feel very comfortable, understanding,to our need and unnecessary to save costs. Mr Victor are always responsive and attentive,he always presence to ensure the contractor with fixing, installation ,that was good and responsibility I would say their workmanship is superb, everything in good condition. Ezann and Bryan from Monomer Studio has been a great help during the whole renovation process. In the initial phrase, they patiently listen to the ideas I have and help explain how I could proceed, the pros and cons as well as a better cost-effective solution to implement it if any. The design not only suits my criteria but was also well thought of. Apart from giving opinions on the materials, color combination etc., they will also give thoughtful and practical advice to help make life easier and cosier to my new home. During the renovation phrase, they had planned the schedule and managed the project well. All I had to do was to confirm the materials and details and they would help to make it happen. They will communicate promptly on the progress of the renovation and will often send me pictures to view the current state. If there is any hiccups and will offer good solutions to resolve it so that it does not cause any delays to the project. They had also help me source and recommend suitable products such as lightings, bath ware and various electrical appliances for my home and this saves me a lot of time and hassle since I am not knowledgeable in such areas. In the end, thanks to Ezann and Bryan, I was able to move into my house at an earlier date with everything ready and working well and I am glad that I engaged their services.

I reviewed 6 different firms before settling on Monomer. They worked on my new place and aside from having great design sensibilities and workmanship, I think their standout quality is that they have integrity. When things are miscommunicated or a mistake has been made, they own up to it and it’s a rare find in this day and age. They are trustworthy and really do their best to stick to agreed upon deadlines. 💯would recommend and definitely will be using them again for any future projects.

For my new place, I had a few ideas in mind, being my second major house renovation. Personally I knew what I wanted, and what I needed for the family. However, I was all over the place with the vast possibilities and designs. I approached Victor, and with his understanding and experience, he was able to clearly advise and navigate together with me, not only through design concepts, but also through the eventual practicality and functionality through daily living, and even the future financial aspects of the planning. Meticulous, detailed, keen eye for functionality would be what I really cherished and appreciated from Victor. We met Jackie and Wee Keat from Monomer. If we had to single out one thing that we really liked about this duo is that they are both very strong in their technical knowledge with regards to a home reno. It almost felt like you have both and ID and a contractor at the same time! We thought that this was a crucial component since if an ID is strong in their technicality, they would be better equipped to advise about our home reno ideas, if they are workable or not. Thus, reducing the possibilities of unexpected technical problems down the road. Though it was really unfortunate that we are unable to engage them due to our own budget issues, we left the consultation feeling impressed and in awe at how this duo works. Quotations and floorplans done up for by Monomer were detailed and well-crafted as well. Despite knowing our limited budget, they still gave us their time, listened to our needs attentively and suggest good constructive ideas (which we didn’t get from some IDs we met who can be quite dismissive and uninterested). Thank you Wee Keat & Jackie! We wish you guys and Monomer all the best! May Monomer continue to build beautiful homes!
