We had a wonderful renovation experience with Ngieng Spatial Design. Our ID Ji Xuan was very patient and practically renovated our place almost exactly to our specification. And he had build in some surprisingly finishings to touch up which we didn't requested for. My kids love to sleep in their own rooms now, and we have so much storage thanks to Ji Xuan proper planning wonderful carpentry works. And cost factor, Ngieng Spatial Design definitely outdone many rival reno companies as they own their own factory specialising in carpentry. So hint hint, you will be saving lots of money from there as no additional mark up. 😀

Ji Xuan helped us change the room design to be more suitable with our house and installed the carpentry fast, reasonable price. We are happy to work with him.
