I am pleased to share my experience with PLOT's home renovation services. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was largely seamless and met my expectations. However, it was not without its challenges. During the painting process, we encountered unforeseen issues that could have been avoided. While PLOT was keen on rectifying these issues, it became apparent that some problems are difficult to correct once the work is done. Despite these setbacks, our home has been transformed into a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The vision we had for our home has been largely realized, albeit with some room for improvement in the finishing. More frequent monitoring and tighter quality control during the process could have led to a more polished finish. In conclusion, our experience with PLOT was mostly positive. It was a journey filled with many pleasing elements, but also areas that could have been improved. For potential customers considering PLOT's services, I would advise clear communication of your expectations and timelines right from the start to avoid any unpleasant experiences.
