We recently completed a renovation of our ecopolitan home with Miki Shi of POSH Home, and she was absolutely fantastic throughout the process!! She was diligent, incredibly responsive, and a wealth of experience and professionalism. She was really conscientious about staying within our budget without sacrificing quality, and her suggestions and input were crucial! She made the entire process painless, and all of my friends were astounded that the renovation progressed so smoothly, particularly during the covid period. Without a doubt, this is a testimonial to her ability! We would not hesitate to recommend him to any friends who are in need of a contractor and will continue to work with her on future projects. She was patient and helped us through all the intricacies. The tight time frame presented a difficulty, but Miki skillfully managed all parties involved and accepted any surprise as a challenge, delivering us a wonderful home. Additionally, she maintained regular contact with all contractors and kept us informed of pertinent information so that we could plan our activities effectively. We interviewed about ten design firms prior to selecting Miki and Posh Home and, in the end, when we met Miki, we were immediately at ease and had the sense that she would provide exactly what we needed. When it comes to design choices, she listens to us but also makes recommendations and explains the advantages and disadvantages. For our furniture and electrical purchases, she walked us through the process so that we didn't lose time. In the end, it was simple for us and we moved into our house one day ahead of schedule. We would like to express our gratitude to Miki and the entire POSHHome team, and we would not hesitate to refer you to our friends and family in the future.

Engaged Posh Home in early March after speaking to a few ID when we decided to completely overhaul the place we bought. Robin's practical design and professional approach appeal to us. He place lot of emphasis on space and price are itemized and presented in a concise format. 3D drawings, carpentry measurement, wiring designs are shared before sign off. Project started in May and due to the covid situation it got stretched till Oct. Project is constantly updated thru a SaaS folder via Campfire. We left it entirely to Robin and stayed in HK for the entire period. Upon handover, the quality of carpentry was excellent, design matched what was in the 3D mock up. It matches expectation. There are some minor issues with electrical wiring but it was resolved amicably. Overall pleased with the work and would recommend to friends. Not the cheapest around but quality justified the price.

We engaged Miki (ID) for our home renovation in late 2020 (i.e. 5-room BTO flat). We sincerely can't thank her enough for turning our vision of a dream home into reality! We have provided our detailed review in Qanvast. But essentially, Miki always went the extra mile to ensure that we got our ideal home. She is also very experienced and was able to address our queries and concerns almost immediately. On the whole, the team at Posh Home takes great pride in their work. POSH HOME RENO IN PARRY TERRACE The reno to extend our balconies and our rooms became the favourite subject of our relatives, neighbours n friends. Its something refreshing and the ideas are creative. Love it. Renton has his clients in mind when he took on the job, helping us save costs whenever possible and he does not push his recommendations and will flow with the comments of his clients. He is mild in nature, not aggressive. A good designer.

We found Posh Home online, and we were very impressive after watching the demo video of their design. We approached them immediately and had the first meeting with the designer, Charles. After reaching several desingers, we quickly decided that we wanted Charles to be our interior designer due to his professional experience and consistent design style with our preference. As a post-90s generation, we prefer simple but distinctive design, and we have different ideas for reshaping the rooms that condo has been formulated. After consulting with Charles, he helped to realize them one by one. At the same time, due to the impact of Covid-19, the materials,vendors and manpower required for the rennovation were affected accordingly, but we want to move in as soon as possible, Charles helped us think of many ways, and finally let us move into the dream home. Very appreciate Charles's design and all his efforts for piecing up our first home in Singapore!

It was our first time doing a major renovation for our new house - from hacking away walls/false ceilings/ bathroom tiles / kitchen etc to a completely new look with our desired design theme, which is: simple modern, classic. We are very lucky to find Miki - a very talented designer with a lot of knowledge and experiences, and extremely pleasant to work with! From the first meeting till the end of the project, she knew what we wanted. Given our tight timeline and that both my husband and I were busy with hardly any time to monitor the project, she was the proactive one who took care of the entire project, calibrating with us and updating us. The end result was we got to move in to our new home within the timeframe she promised us, plus, delivering good quality so we don’t really have to do much inspection or rework. After consulting with several well established contractors regarding renovating our condominium at WaterTown, we were fortunate to have met Robin from Posh Home. From our experience, I really can’t say enough good things about this company. They made great renovation recommendations beyond our expectations and explained every single detail about the process, including providing timely response to our tough questions to alleviate our fears. The project was on schedule from start to the end and his contractors’ attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. Best of all, we managed to get the renovation done below the estimated budget, thanks to Robin’s team suggestions on cost cutting measures without sacrificing design, style, or quality. I heard people's stories of negative experiences from their IDs, but we have all positive comments. From the first time we met Miki to handing over, she was very professional and got the job done on time when other designers from all the big names said they cannot. We had only 2.5 weeks to move in, and we changed most of the house's interior. From flooring to changing the living room designs to creating a very cozy master bedroom with wardrobes and creating our son's platform bedroom with a study area. Miki managed everything, starting with the designs she listened to all our requirements and came up with the designs, and kept on amending together with advising if it doesn't suit the design. And when the time came for the renovation, she kept us in the loop by updating us throughout the process. I called her 'wonder woman' as she got the house on time for us to move in 2 weeks. We are so happy that we chose Posh Home, especially with the ID (Miki Shi) they provided. Thank you, Posh Home.

I worked with Robin. He is a professional and experienced interior designer who is not only concerned about the aesthetics but also the activity workflow. Robin is a skilled project manager, meticulous and communicative. He also maintains comprehensive documentation of the project to manage expectations, delivery timelines and keeps budget on track. Robin has positive work ethics, responsible and is committed to resolving problems quickly as they emerge while staying aligned to the home renovation objectives. Overall, I am delighted with his services as he has considerably eased the stress and frustration associated with home renovations and delivered against our initial discussed 3D drawings.

We worked with Charles for our extensive renovation work. It was not an easy job, doing it in the middle of Phase 2 of COVID, with manpower shortages, delayed supply chain, and unexpected architectural surprises with our own flat (power supply limitations, uneven floors and beams from initial construction, etc). That said, Charles did an amazing job and successfully delivered to us our dream home. He was exceptionally responsive, patient, knowledgeable, detail-oriented and experienced. You could tell he's been in the business for a very long time and has seen just about everything. Out of the 5 IDs we interviewed personally, Charles gave us the most confidence of being able to execute successfully and he did not disappoint.

Robin was reassuring in explaining the process of the renovation and also available to discuss alternatives. He was open to suggestion but also firm on certain aspects where he felt we should not compromise. He was decisive and able to help us progress the renovation despite our busy schedules. He made suggestions and was able to help us take on certain decisions based on our preferences (which he ascertained from our interactions). He was also patient to allow us time and space to make decisions. The company itself appears to have the necessary expertise and in-house team to accelerate the process for those who have short timelines.

Renovation of our existing flat was completed within the specified time frame given which was before CNY 2021. Paisley was in charge of the design and renovation of our flat, she knew the concept we wanted and got the 3D drafted out, which was to our liking as a small, cozy flat. However, handover was slightly messy as there were many leftover items in the flat and there were many different areas that were uncompleted (for example the cabinets). There were also many small defects around the house that required the workers to keep coming back when we have already moved into the house. As mentioned, the cabinets needed the carpenters to come back and finish up a few parts which required some drilling and all, and our furniture were already in. The area was in the kitchen and we did not know it would be so dusty as it wasn't mentioned, which caused the small particles of wood to be trapped in the newly bought rice cooker and it was covered in it. The connector on the floor between kitchen and living room was also not done up to expectation, as it was an area that was commonly walked on, the silicon kept getting worn off. We have raised this issue multiple times and the workers came to redo it multiple times, however the issue just kept repeating. I believe the fact that it is a common area should be taken into consideration and maybe another material or something could be used to ensure durability. When the renovation started, we were then told the door frames are not included in the renovation and would be using the old door frames w a new door, we just accepted it first as we didn't expect any problems from using the old door frames. However, after moving in, the door frames paint cracked and currently there is a line of crack w paint dropping from the line. We have raised this issue, and was told that it was because we did not opt for plastering for that area. This was slightly upsetting as we as customers did not know that these issues would arise and that plastering was needed. It was then told that we can opt for plastering at additional costs now, but we did not like the fact that our new furniture getting dusty and all after moving in. As mentioned, earlier the carpenters and to finish up the minor areas have made the house very dusty multiple times and we had to clean the house constantly. Every time we cleaned it, the next time the workers come it became as dusty again. In conclusion, the whole renovation slightly exceeded our budget. Paisley was kind to reply promptly regarding our enquiries which we are thankful for. However, we hope that areas that are necessary (such as the door frame issue) can be raised to us before the renovation was over and before we moved in, even if its at additional costs. And we hoped that the furniture in the 3D provided could be found in the existing market, as we did like the design Paisley provided. However, the furniture could not be found in the market.

We engaged Miki as our designer as she went all out to design e best version of our home. She design it in a away alot of other designers couldnt when we went to ask around. Working with miki was also fun and also she was there with us in most of our selection and buying to make us have e best and also according to the theme she really spend her time to choose things with us. Our experience working with Miki is a pleasant and great one as she is very responsible and knowledgeable and does her best to help us with our requests. She has a positive attitude and is very friendly which makes working with her a delight. She proposes straightforward solutions and also provides us with multiple options so that we could think things through. The timeline for our renovation was very tight and no doubt that things got difficult so it is amazing that Miki could make accommodations and also reply to us promptly regarding our queries and also arranging for touchups/fixes.
