This was our second experience with ProjectGuru, and they truly exceeded our expectations. This time involved a major overhaul, and we felt somewhat uncertain about how to make the space efficient, especially with two young children. Lon showcased his expertise in space planning, clearly explaining how the proposed layout would meet our needs. He quickly incorporated our ideas into the visual renderings, making it easy to visualize the changes. Throughout the renovation, Lon effectively coordinated daily tasks and schedules, which really put us at ease. He was always responsive to our numerous questions and welcomed our feedback with professionalism. His focus on problem-solving was especially appreciated. Overall, we are very pleased with the final look and feel and would highly recommend Lon and his team to anyone starting their renovation journey!

Designer: Shawn My friend referred to me to Projectguru and why I engaged Shawn was because his proposal is very value for money. He is a very polite and service-oriented person. He handled everything well and responsive throughout the renovation. Shawn makes the whole renovation process easier for me because he was the one liaising with all the parties involved, like dealing with the subcontractors. No major issues occurred during the renovation and even if there were any issues, Shawn would always rectify them.

We have compared a few IDs and Project Guru was one of the last ID that we've enquired. Clarice was the ID assigned to us. She was able to envision the ideas and designs we had in mind. The quotation was competitive and within our budget. The renovation process was rather smooth even though there were few hiccups along the way. Clarice was very responsive to our enquiries and rectifications. Her design inputs were impressive and she understood the theme very well. As my hubby is a very detailed person, Clarice was very patient to his queries. We also had few changes along the way and she was very accommodating. When we were looking for ID for our new house, we were rather apprehensive as we had heard many stories but all these doubts were cleared when we worked closely with ProjectGuru. Our first contact is Ms Norain Tan who had changed our mindset with her willingness to listen to what we want and what’s most noteworthy is that she made effort to listen to every details that my 10 year old girl mentioned about her preference. From detailed planning and all the way to completion project, we are really thankful to both Ms Norain Tan and Mr Charlie Zhang. Both display exceptional patience and professionalism in keeping up with our ever changing demands. Without them and not to mention the great effort put in by various parties such as the designers, carpenters, painters and plumbers etc, our dream home will not be possible. Although there were some hiccups during the project which are unpredictable, but we are definitely grateful that both Norain and Charlie really went the extra mile to rectify issues for us. Thanks to them being so trustworthy and reliable, we were even able to enjoy our long holiday to Japan knowing jolly well that everything is in good hands. They will constantly update us on the progress in order to give us the peace of mind. Ms Norain has displayed meticulousness and accuracy in her work and she made our life so much easier by taking over jobs to liaise with different parties. Mr Charlie too has excelled as a project manager which he had worked tirelessly with various vendors in making sure all our requirements are met with satisfaction. From the bottom of our hearts, we are really grateful to have worked with both of them on our dream home. They had done such a great job that everyone who came to our home are full of praises. We will definitely highly recommend ProjectGuru to friends or anyone looking for professional ID because they are not just mere professionals, they are one with passion and most importantly they come with a personal touch.

We went to multiple ID to get quotation but, end up choosing Tony from Project Guru. We choose him due to mutiple positive factors mainly because Tony was not pushy on his ideas. He was also patient and assuring when we were in doubt. We changed ideas quite a few time and through every process, Tony was accomodating and even gave ideas to make the house more practical and aestheticly pleasing. Tony gave us useful tips as first time owner as he is very experience. He also works very well with other contractors of our choice. We engaged Project Guru after meeting Norain as we found that she was easy to communicate with and able to translate our ideas. Norain then introduced us to the project manager, Charlie, who we found to be professional and friendly. We were impressed by the interest and enthusiasm that Charlie showed from the very start. All along, our questions were answered promptly which allowed us to better understand the renovation process. The progress from start to completion was fast and the occasional minor mistakes were rectified fairly quickly by Charlie and Norain. The end product was better than we envisioned and we would definitely recommend Norain and Charlie’s services.
