S. W.Sen Concept was a serendipitous find. The quotations were reasonable, and the quality of the work was great. One of the things we liked was that Sen Concept was very experiential during the design process - Maddy brought us to the Sen Concept studio itself and showed some of the features installed in the studio that she recommended for the initial mockup so it made visualization and explanation significantly clearer.
Maddy’s designs captured what we wanted for our first home, and her project management skills were on point. The team she assembled for the project - from curtains to lights installation and the electricians - worked well together, and all of them were very responsive and receptive to suggestions, even down to the finest details. There were a couple of times we (the homeowners) realized some features we asked for were better on paper than in reality, yet Maddy’s team was nimble and accommodating when we asked to change these features. The communication was excellent throughout the entire renovation process: she provided regular updates with photos without any prompting, and informed us immediately and honestly whenever there were unexpected changes to the schedule (there were a couple of changes completely out of anyone’s control).
Oh, and our entire project was completed weeks ahead of schedule!

Maddie impressed us with her creativity and prompt responses. Subsequent discussions also demonstrated her clear efforts in ensuring that our sessions are fruitful and targeted.
Despite us eventually engaging a different ID, we are grateful for the opportunity to have explored working together, and we highly recommend Maddy to everyone who’s looking for a designer with amazing aesthetics!!!
Z. T.Wesley is a very experienced, patient and responsive Interior Designer from Sen Concept who listens to your every needs and also provides a lot of advices if you’re new to renovation. Over the span of renovation, he would frequently appear on site as and when we have our queries unquestioned or if there is any minor or major works in play. He would always take the extra mile to explain more in-depth on all the choices that we have chosen and also advise on the future planning of our house. Everything is well planned and lay out for us to understand, no frills at all. I highly recommend Sen Concept and Wesley for an awesome experience with your renovation!!!
C. T.Just completed our reno with Sen Concept and our experience was a pleasant and pretty smooth one. Shoutout to our ID, Madeline, who has done up our first home the way we envisioned on our first meeting with her! We knew we were in safe hands as she has great design sense.
Mad was responsive and constantly provided us w updates during the reno process. She was patient and helpful whenever we had our many queries, and would go the extra mile to accommodate our requests along the way. Whenever we faced a road block, she was quick to find solutions for us. The entire reno was quite a breeze as it was well managed in general.
