My husband and I took about a month to discuss with about 10 ID company (Qanvast , renopedia) before finally choosing SHE INTERIOR . My designer Moon , took the time to talk to me and understand home style. We appreciated her thoughtful design approach and attention to details (ps we have kids thus we are very particular designing a home which is kids friendly) . She came up with mood boards and designs that my husband and I had envisioned . We have had amazing feedback on our home from our friends and family , down to each one of the details . We would emphatically recommend SHE INTERIOR ( MOON) to our closest friend’s & family!

Having been recommended by positive word-of-mouths, SHE Interiors impressed with their stylish designs in simplicity and praticality which suited us. They also worked towards our budget. Our ID Qian Rong was incredibly patient, accomodating and took the time and effort to understand our needs and requests. Although he was occupied with several projects, he was always prompt with his responses. The communication channel was always effective. If there was anything to improve on, perhaps more innovation or ideas can be proposed for carpentry challenges. Nevertheless the workmanship was of quality. All in all, it was a relatively stress-free reno and we came away very much satisfied with the quality and workmanship and pleased with the end result. Even after the handover, Qian Rong was at hand and concientiously followed up closely with any rectifications. We are very happy with his services. Thank you Qian Rong and SHE Interiors. We would definitely consider them for our future projects.

This is our second time engaging SHE Interior to assist with our renovation work. This time round, Ryan assigned Qian Rong to assist with my mum renovation project. Honestly, I am very grateful that Qian Rong understands my mum need to tend three grandchild and it’s hard for her to leave the house. Thus, he went to my mum house for discussion and bring material along for choosing of colours. Throughout the renovation, his always within reach and responded to our queries and needs. He managed to meet our tight timeline to have the job completed on time. There’s no doubt on their workmanship. Otherwise, I definitely wouldn’t engage them again. They know our mood board and will provide suggestion and colour matching to meet my mum requirement. Making selections much easier too. Phew~ Most importantly when engaging an ID firm, they must respond to defect. Some ID firm jus take your money and when job is almost done, off they go and became MIA. But for Qian Rong, even though we had made the final payment, when we are back from our vacation and help our parents to check the defect. He responded fast and send team down to rectify it. This is really something I love about SHE Interior. Because we all know that renovation can never be 100% perfect, but it is important to engage a trustworthy company that responds when you report on defects. It’s like when you purchase an electrical appliance with warranty. But when claiming warranty, you notice the customer service and service team is not helpful, then you know this company is definitely not trustworthy and will not buy from the brand itself again. I’ll definitely recommend SHE Interior to homeowners who is looking for an ID firm. Once again, thank you Qian Rong and Ryan! Till our next renovation should we shift house =p

We actually went through a selection of 7 id before finalising our decision to go ahead with Eugene as our ID. SHE ID was referred to me by a close friend whom i had the pleasure to view the project. My friend was adamant that eugene was good and that we should consider him. I was skeptical at first but decided to go ahead and meet each id firm before deciding on eugene. Eugene during our initial meet was unlike other IDs, he took a realistic approach on what he could do and what he couldnt do. Tried to give a realistic estimate as to the total cost of the entire project. He was different than all the other IDs i met. Some try to bedazzle you with 3d rendering software and 3d walkthrough videos. Eugene managed to keep it really simple and understandable throughout our meetups. He managed to collate what we liked and disliked and what we wanted for the house and proposed it in the 2nd meetup. Unlike other IDs, despite telling them what you wanted, the design proposal was generic and different at times with what was discussed. Based on our meetup, you can tell he understands the limitations and informs you of them if the ideas put forward are practical or not. Furthermore, he was always very responsive throughout the project making communication throughout quite smooth. As with every renovation project, there were bound to be hiccups here and there. So i will suggest to still go to check on your future home regularly to correct problems if found early. I would say we are not easy customers as well, but eugene was very accomodative and able to resolve all our issues quickly. Eugene also helped alot with the colour scheme and the theme of the house as were rather indecisive and stuck between 2 themes. We managed to find an inbetween and created a beautiful home as a result. Electrical works - we used the electrician "ah soon" referred by eugene. Despite him being more pricey, his electrical works was performed very meticulously and very well concealed. He was an easy person to talk to and was always willing to meet your requests whenever possible even after reno was performed. Thanks ah soon. Carpentry - few hiccups here and there but overall finishing and carpentry was done quite well. If you are planning to do a feature wall for the tv console. Good to check the passage where the cables will go through when discussing carpentry measurements. Tiling - The tiler was meticulous and did a great job in aligning all the tile grooves with the wall tiles and skirting which i had requested. Thanks to them. Plumbing - All was done within a day, hiccups here and there but all were promptly resolved by eugene when the issue was brought up. Overall, the entire project turned out great and we are happy with the house eugene had overseed for us. I would not hesitate to recommend him as an ID to renovate your houses.

I came on Qanvast to seek for an ID who can help me with the design of my place as I am busy at work with probably with little time to manage the contractors. But I also needed someone who I have a chemistry with and understand what I want and envision. In the whole process, Jess has been a gem to say the least. Her patience and dedication shone through despite my endless questions in some cases as typical with most Renos. Notwithstanding that, Jess quickly allayed my concerns and was quick to come up with solutions every step of the way. I was already clear on what I want in my new home and she complemented the whole look with her suggestions too. Our chemistry was clearly there. I cannot recommend her enough. You will only be sorry if you passed her on a gem of an ID in the throes of designers.

Thank you our ID, Priscilla for the amazing work done for our BTO. Priscilla has a creative eye and her design ideas are stylish and aesthetically pleasing. We also found the workmanship and quality of the carpentry to be pretty high. In addition, Priscilla did a great job in coordinating with different parties, delivering our house well ahead of schedule. While our ideas sometimes differ, Priscilla would take the time to listen to us, explain her rationale, and involve us in the decision making process. Beyond that, she would take calls outside normal working hours to accommodate our schedule. Prisiclla is patient, dedicated and professional and we were glad that we chose her.

Engaged She Interior Design for the first time without reviewing other interior designs due to their positive reviews. I decided to go with She Interior Design and was assigned to Interior Designer Qian Rong for my house project resale. Overall, I am satisfied with Interior Designer Qian Rong's work, although there were a few hiccups along the way during the renovation. A few projects were under his supervision, and there were some mistakes made during the renovation process. However, he was very responsible and rectified the issues as soon as possible. I understand that some of the tasks he arranged were not carried out by third parties as per his instructions. He was sincere, trustworthy, and a responsible interior designer. Even today, if there are any issues, I can contact him, and he is willing to assist and rectify the problems promptly. He provides high level service and responsiveness. After dicussion with Eugene about our idea, he give a lot of suggestion and help us design the house to what we like. Really appreciate for the service provided by Eugene. E.g. - When choosing the tiles, he patiently carry the heavy pieces and place them at different showroom just to let us visualize in different lighting instead of rushing through the process. - Help us to choose the colour and design for the carpenter and the print. - Attend our last min request Overall, we were very pleased with the service rendered. I want to congratulate SHE Interior Design for completing a beautiful job on my kitchen. I had approached Ryan a month ago, after reading good reviews from his website. After 15 years I needed to renovate my kitchen. Ryan could not make it and decided to send Yen Lee instead to attend to me. She was amazing, not only did she save costs for us but she was at my home everyday to oversee the workmen as they work . Truly a good Site Supervisor, nothing escapes her attention even the minor details. Not only will I recommend them to my friends and neighbors who may require renovating them homes but I plan to use them again if the need arises. Ryan needs to give Yen Lee a pat on her back for doing such a fantastic job and she is also good with her customer relations. Truly a valuable employee.

I knew about SHE Interior from my HDB telegram group. I met with 4 other ID but SHE's quotation was fairly competitive. ID Rainy followed up with me a couple of times and was quite sincere about my renovation . Rainy is very friendly and nice, she listens to our request and shares her experience and advise that help us make our decisions and will not hinders any delay. Rainy setup a group chat and she is proactive and always contactable. During the renovation, not much issues as we communicated well. After moving in, there was a few touchup issues - it was resolved fast. Rainy and SHE Interior team are very efficient. I would rate SHE interior 9/10 .The workmanship is quite good. My experience with SHE was great as they met my expectations. I will recommend SHE to my family and friends.

So for SHE Interior, we were searching reviews on the internet and came across some really good comments about SHE interior, which made us really interested to head down to their showroom for a visit. SHE Interior's Quotation was reasonable when compared with a few other Interior Design Firms which we had visited. Our ID is Jeff, when we first met him, he was really friendly, professional and easy to work with. Whatever we wanted for our house, Jeff will find a way to accommodate to it. Sometimes, he would put out suggestions that were creative and valuable. We gave him creative freedom as we had little ideas on the design, with our rough outline, he managed to design the house perfectly to our liking. Jeff is a very pro-active ID, he created a WhatsApp group upon our confirmation.. He will reply decently fast to any of our enquiries making it very nice to work with him. For the renovation, we had to complete it within 3 weeks as compared to the usual average of 1.5 months. Despite the much shorter timeframe, Jeff was not hesitant to take on the challenge and managed to complete it within the proposed timeframe. After the handover, there were minor issues such as touchup paint, or the installed door having small errors. However, these were quickly replaced during the touchup period and now everything is well. Out of 10, we would rate SHE Interior's design service a 9.5 out of 10. Overall, it was a pleasant and fun experience working with SHE Interior and would definitely recommend Jeff to friends and family.

I got to know about SHE interior through Qanvast. Though they were not in the list of the 5 ids recommended on Qanvast, I chanced upon their work an website on Qanvast. I have met other ids prior to SHE Interior. Their rate may not be the cheapest but it is reasonable. Jess is a fabulous ID. She was easy to communicate with and was always positive. She was v.friendly and helpful. She is a good listener and worked around the theme and ideas I wanted. In fact, she made them better. She always gave good suggestions. For instance, it was hard to fit in a prayer room in my current apt. layout but Jess gave really good ideas and showed me a way out. She even designed the carpentry for the prayer room which was originally the dining area (area chosen by my fengshui master) and showed us different layouts in which our dining area can be re-designed. Also, my apt. is based on the theme modern victorian and we had the colour scheme mainly based on ivory and gold. Jess ensured that this theme was followed throughout, even in areas I had not thought about. Most importantly, all the ideas and suggestions that she made were well-thought through and functional. They worked well in creating both a beautiful and functional home. This would not have been possible without Jess. So, kudos to her! :) Jess was highly proactive and communicated via whatsapp and phone calls. Throughout the renovation process, I had many queries from basic ones such as fitting in the right size of the sink, the type of handle choice for my cabinets to complicated ones such as the plumbing works. Jess was always there for me, let it be weekends or public holidays. She was prompt and clear with her replies. There were instances when I needed to verify queries over the phone and she always picked up the calls and answered in a cheerful voice with clarity . This clear mode of communication is v.vital in the renovation process which is already quite stressful. Hence, Jess`s communcation modes and the promptness in answering the queries helped me alot over the renovation period. As with all renovations, there will be some issues with the on-going reno. process. Mine had issues which were discovered upon during the reno. process as it is a resale place. Some were surfaced by Jess and some by me. However, whatever that I had highlighted to Jess, she was v. quick and attentive in handling in it. Jess also works by a timeline and sticks v.closely to it. It has been a week now and no issues so far, but Jess did mention that I can contact her in the event of issues. I will rate SHE Interior 10/10 for their design and service. My overall experience with SHE interior is a great one. In fact, I had contacted them on Christmas via their corporate whatsapp hp no. Within a short period of time, I was connected to Jess and an appointment was set-up within the next three days. They are truly professional in their work. Even, their workers, carpenter, plumbers, electrician, etc who renovated my place were professional, skillful and friendly. I would highly recommend SHE Interior to my family and friends. Great service and reasonable pricing. Above all, I had gotten a great ID, Jess! Everyday, when I look at my new place, I am really thankful to Jess for her great work! :)

We met SHE interior design through Qanvast. After looking through at their profile, and see so many good reviews, we are eager to meet them. And also after meeting with several IDs, we finally made our decision and choose Yenlee from SHE interior design. And that’s the best decision we’ve ever made. What impresses us was Yenlee’s dedication in her work, technical skills and knowledge. Yenlee is a very good listener. She not only listen to our needs and requirements, but she even contributed her ideas. But what separates her from other IDs we’ve met before, is she have that “Dont give up” attitude. Eventhough some of her ideas are not into our preference, but she will keep on trying until to the part we are really satisfied. We have work with other IDs before for our previous house. But when we work with Yenlee, she totally set the bar high. Honestly, we can’t find any ID that is as good as Yenlee. Hiccups bound to happen in every renovation process, however for us, it was a very smooth journey. As Yenlee was very hardworking, ensuring her man have done the job properly. She quite frequently went down to the site to see her man at work and ensuring all is in order. The way she handle our house was as if like her own. That is where we felt that our house is in good hands. Another attributes that Yenlee possessed which impresses us was her problem solving skills and time management. At some point, me and my wife have difficulties on making certain decisions on what need to be done for our home. That is where Yenlee comes in, give suggestions and make our decision much easier. Since this is our second house, we are more observant and careful for this time round. And yet again, Yenlee able to pull it through and impresses us even more. The workmanship was impressive as well. The subcontractors work really hard and they work well together. Their price are very reasonable. Overall we are more than happy with the services provided from SHE interior design. From the beginning journey of our renovation, until to the handover, it was an endless satisfaction for us. Yenlee have turn our house to our dream home. SHE interior design should be proud to have such a gem in their company. Definitely a high recommendation.

Despite going thru the CB, Jophy manages the Reno project very well. He is very helpful, meticulous, patient and prompt in responding to our request. He also provides good recommendation for works like electrical, curtain, etc. Given our busy work schedules, we really leave the whole Reno project for him to manage which gives us a peace of mind and we do not need to supervise a lot as we are always been keep updated on the progress. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ID -Jophy Lim We were introduced to Jophy via my cousin. Friendly and professionally, he listened to our requirements, works within our budget and gave a lot of practical advices. He was constantly on site to monitor reno progress and update us daily via phone. He is meticulous and attentive to even the smallest details. Very responsive to all feedback and rectifies issues fast and efficiently. No delay in handover and worksmanship of the carpentries and tilings are definately of high quality.
