Y. Y. K.Engaged Edwin the 2nd time (1st was my apartment) for my commercial project - The Apricus Cafe, due to his professionalism, work ethics and design sense. Seamless working experience with him, he is realistic in his budget and timeline and does not overpromise like many other IDs out there. Edwin also drafts one of the nicest plans and schematics, it’s an art by itself.
