We really went through design choices and how well we could communicate with the ID, how well they fielded our questions and concerns and what they brought to the table. This included things like working within budget, understanding what were needs and wants, what was considered feasible and any alternatives they could provide if our initial want was not possible. We had the base idea of how we wanted the house to be, open plan with arches sprinkled in. Privacy was at the top of our list of priorities, and our ID helped figure out a design that allowed us to have everything we wanted and walk us through how that would happen. I think it’s key to have a base idea of what you want the house to be, and then have an ID that is able to build off of your ideas and give you options. Now that we are living in the space we spent months envisioning and building towards, we couldn’t be happier with our choice of ID.

add on post after my last bad review- The boss Terence and wife contacted me right after this review and take over my renovation from their staff. while the project is delayed and parts of works continue even after I move in, they did their best to make good the issues, take responsibility, and apologise. so credit back the stars that they deserved. ......- Please be very very careful of this company. they will not respond to you once reno started and they are behind time. 2 days to handover and carpentry, debris, shower screens, doors are no where in sight. even the boss would not answer your call.

The boss and co-ordinators are prompt in replying messages and calls. Very responsive in every little detail. Good service provided by them! Will intro friends to them :)
