I engaged Sean sometime in mid 2023 not for the usual ID project, but rather to rectify a disastrous bathroom renovation performed by a rouge contractor (hollow wall tiles with risk of delamination, and bathroom floors without a gradient towards the floor trap - go figure).
Essentially Sean was tasked to do the following for all 3 of my bathrooms
1) remove existing bathroom fixtures, sanitary ware, bathtub, carpentry and marble countertops
2) hack all floor and wall tiles
3) lay new floor and wall tiles
4) reinstall fixtures, carpentry, sanitaryware and marble countertops
Yes you read right. To increase the difficulty level, all this had to be done within the confines of a newly renovated home with fresh carpentry/painting/lights everywhere!)
Sean managed to do all that in 4 weeks, without significant damage. The only damage I noticed was a faint scratch on the built in bathtub (that had to be removed and then reinstalled)!
How he and his team managed to carry this project off, I still do not know. I wanted to post this to give credit to Sean - I am sure this must have been the most challenging job he has had to undertake (he probably only took it on as a favour - his friend referred me to him), and he executed it with flying colours.
Meticulous and efficient - two thumbs up!
