We worked with Andrew and Dion for the renovation of our 5 room resale flat. We chose to go with them as they showed the most commitment at the start and actively followed up on our project. Andrew and Dion were flexible and willing to listen to our wishes and ideas, while also providing great suggestions based on their experience. They are trustworthy individuals who were responsive and responsible and visited the site often to check on the progress. With their help, our renovation was able to proceed smoothly without any delays. After the project was completed, they also offered help beyond the scope of work. We would be happy to recommend them to our friends and family who are looking for IDs.

Being an extremely careful and meticulous person, I have researched and met 9 IDs before meeting Suffix. I was on my journey to meet my 11th and 12th ID, but I cancelled them after meeting Dion and Andrew. First up, they are definitely not your usual IDs in the market. In my first meeting with them, they took more than two hours to really understand my needs and asked me questions that were outside of the 15-page powerpoint deck that I prepared for all my IDs (& I thought i was detailed enough). In fact, they were the only ID that told me they will only quote me after the site measurement so that it will be as accurate as possible (most IDs out there only quote you based your floor plan, which may not be accurate). Most sincerely, after comparing 10 quotations line by line, I can assure you that Suffix has the most fair pricing. I can truly feel their sincerity especially when they went out their way to think of cost-saving methods for us. 1 week before our renovation start date, Dion actually proposed a major change in our layout by swapping the Master bedroom with the Common bedroom because he could tell that my husband feels a bit uncomfortable with the original layout. Andrew also quickly requoted us based on the new layout and the rest was history. We were so happy with the new layout and couldn’t be more thankful! Throughout our renovation, it was smooth sailing and I had no complaints at all. It was truly our blessing to have found and engaged Suffix for our renovation as they are super experienced with site measurement. We had some mini hiccups due to the structural parts of the house but the duo were quick to think of a workaround for us. Their tiler was a gem as the worksmanship is solid. The carpenter magically made our concealed gaming poster door happened. We were truly in awe with the details that Suffix & their team went to! Lastly, I will end off with a sentence that Suffix told me in our very first meeting - “To us, this would be a project that we complete together, it is a team effort.” My dream team was assembled from then on. Thank you Dion and Andrew 🩷

Dion and Andrew came to us like our knights in shining armour, like the holy spirit on a dark and gloomy day, like extra virgin olive oil to a freshly cracked egg begging for mercy upon a searing hot pan. We had pummeled through a couple of ID firms and gotten nowhere close to realising our dream home till we met them. They were patient, understanding, and most important of all, knowledgeable, efficient, and detail-oriented. I wouldn't be able to answer the question of which aspect I love most about our finished product because Dion and Andrew made it so much about the experience - the process. I enjoyed working with them more than I imagined; from our first consultation till handover and everything in-between. I grew to envision and love our empty space as it transformed from rubble to reality thanks to them. That being said, the rest is a given. Top-notch communication, CAD drawings, mood boards, 3D walk-throughs, recommendations, and advice through and through on both fixtures and fittings. Like all new homeowners that feel lost and helpless renovating for the first time, we wanted to work with someone that would hold our hands, give us options, lay out the pros and cons of each option etc. Dion and Andrew understood that so well by displaying their attention to detail and proactiveness, creating a home for us that reflects our lifestyle, needs, and personality, whilst respecting our budget and compromises. They exceeded our expectations too by meeting our strict move-in date, planning our timeline such that all the necessities would be up by then. We know we chose right when we chose Suffix because we went out looking for an ID firm but ended up with two new friends <3 Nuff said, say real. If you don't engage them, your carpentry sure rot. Thank you for your hardwork and dedication DiDrew! We love our matrimonial home and it wouldn't have been possible without both of you. P.S. Am re-posting this review on the 5th of May 24, 6 months after we moved into our home on 17th of Oct 23. Dion & Andrew still pop by from time to time to show new clients our beautiful home and help us out with minor rectifications/installations, be it patching up grout lines or drilling holes in the wall for fixtures we bought from IKEA.
