We got Jess as our ID and the journey has been so enjoyable although its not perfect. Thou having said that, the house turns out amazingggg. We always dealt direct with Jess for any request or if we have questions about things that we are unsure whether it can be done or not. Jess made 101% sure that the foundation of the house is done right before moving on to the next step of the renovation. We, as home owners also made sure to check on the home progress and question Jess as to why some things are done a certain way & if there is any alternative way. Jess designs resonates with us very well as her design is timeless & it is something we see as homeowners that can grow through generations. Orange Interior also had a group of highly skilled & knowledgeable carpenters & contractors. We did meet with them a few times during our own routine checks to the point that we knew which carpenters does what. As the journey comes to an end, Jess also helps to liase with the shops to bring in the appliances, blinds & fans. Overall, i am very highly satisfied with how Jess handles the project, how well she manages difficult situations and also working well together with carpenters and contractors to come up with solutions and ideas.

Choosing the right interior designer is never easy. It feels like fate to find a team who truly aligns with our vision. Guo Liang and his team managed to achieve the usually costly wabi sabi design with our limited budget. And of course finding a seamless solution to cover up the unsightly CCS piping which we have. We are grateful to Orange Interior for making this a reality. I’m very satisfied with the look and feel of our home. While renovations are never without challenges, the team has been the perfect mediator throughout the entire process. On top of that, after service has been great too!

Working with Wennis from Orange Interior was easy and straightforward. This is really important to us as communication is key for everything to go as smoothly as possible. Discussions with her were very focused and costs presented to us were transparent. Issues that were highlighted to her over the course of the renovation period were also rectified promptly. Our home renovation with Orange Interior was a delightful adventure! We are glad to have Jess as our ID. She is an active listener, willing to take note of what we emphasize, and she also listens to our children's needs. As first time owners excited for our renovation journey, we compiled our requirements and spoke with at least 6 other interior design firms before we were introduced to Danielle from Orange Interior through word of mouth. Danielle was able to quickly churn out the initial design (+ helped to look for the actual products from Taobao) and was accommodating to design changes whilst providing advice based on her past experiences. An example would be the decision to stick with the original HDB toilet floor tiles or to overlay new tiles . We chose to overlay as she advised that the original grey tiles would accumulate whitish stains over time and true enough, we started to hear some complains from neighbours who took the original HDB toilet tiles. While there were unexpected changes/issues along the way, she was able to propose solutions that were acceptable and still tried her best to catch up on the schedule as much as possible. These hiccups were all part of the renovation process. When she had to travel overseas or was on MC, there was always another project manager, Kaze or Sean, assigned to our renovation who would take on our queries and meet us on site. We appreciate the covering arrangements as that meant the works could continue. To sum up, we are very happy with the result of our home and will recommend the team at Orange Interior.

Had a wonderful experience with Orange Interior. Orange interior reacted fast and was able to switch to another carpenter when Malaysia experienced sudden lockdown. And as such, our renovation went ahead as planned without delay. The workmanship of the carpentry is meticulous and material is of good quality. Our ID , Danielle Lee, is accommodating, patient and is prompt in answering our queries. She takes heart in every tiny details and needs of ours and is always a joy to speak with. She showed her capability when she managed to redesign and solve our dressing table and wardrobe issue without making the bedroom seem heavy.
