R. L.It’s nice to have some space outside when you’re airside at an airport.
I appreciated that some effort had been made to add some water and greenery. It was great to see some myna playing around the water edges.
That said, there were large groups of people gathered in this area smoking, which kinda of ruined the vibe for me.
V. S.The changi airport has a small water lily garden. The flowers were very beautiful. This is also the smoking area, so i would suggest not to take children there. It was very well maintained.
B. U.It was a really nice small garden with lots of water lillies. There are quite a few seats but looks to be where many smokers sit out which made it less enjoyable. It was a nice palce for some fresh air.

D.Another free place. You can take a break here from the hustle and bustle of the hall, but there are still planes buzzing everywhere. Despite everything, it is such a small oasis of peace. Unlike the cactus shop, smoking is not allowed here.
