We are very happy with the amazing job Weijun and his partner did on our 4-room HDB renovation! From the start, they understood our vision and created a design that was very functional. Impressed by Ivan's attention to my requirements and speed in preparing a draft quote on our first meeting. His design ideas were practical yet aesthetically pleasing. We met our ID named Aloysius & 1 of his other colleague. They were very friendly & patience with our queries as we have no knowledge regarding the Reno process. They gave us suggestions on what color that matches with the theme that we wanted. Unfortunately, we found other better reno options that is suitable for our budget. We would like to thank our ID, Spencer Wong, and his team for their excellent job on our home renovations. As first-time homeowners, we were clueless as to what furnishing or fitting options were available on the market and the feasibility of some of the ideas we had for our new home. Spencer patiently guided us through the planning stage by offering advice on certain elements of our envisioned design and provided clear renders and drawings to ensure that we were on the same page. Throughout the duration of the actual physical renovations, Spencer provided regular updates along with photos of the progress on site. The coordination between the various tradesmen (eg. tilers, carpenters, plumbers, etc) was seamless and we were able to move in to our new home as scheduled. The requested rectifications were also swiftly carried out prior to the final payment. Even after the full payment was made, Spencer was also responsive to our queries. For instance, we experienced some drainage issues in our kitchen 4 months after moving in. We reached out to Spencer and he arranged for someone to drop by for a check on the same day. To our delight, they were able to resolve the problem on the same day as well. A big thank you once again to Spencer and the team!

My Mom-in-Law did a complete kitchen makeover and we chose WHST Design after recommendations from friends who had previously engaged them. Genuine and professional. Always willing to go the extra mile to help us achieve the feel and look we wanted for our kitchen. Any issues encountered during the process was promptly and efficiently dealt with. And the follow up service after the completion of works was again prompt and excellent. Meng Lun and Aloysius are creative, empathetic, and really do mean it when they say they “ want to do a good job so that the customers are happy and satisfied “.

I got introduced to Meng Lun by a close friend of mine, this, after having met with another ID and gotten to stage of planning out the renovation already. But it got dragged on and got delayed (poor service). With my old house already having the option exercised and myself collecting keys to new BTO soon, I have to get the renovation sorted out. My friend introduced me to Meng Lun, and the rest was history. Prompt service, got straight to the point, understanding our design concept and theme, and he got to work putting together the renovation timeline, his contractors, resources etc. As mentioned in title, renovation was completed within timeline and all went smoothly. A big thank-you to Dylan Seah who helped us create the living room space that we wanted! He was patient, responsive and very proactive in keeping us informed of in-progress updates. This was extremely helpful as we did not have to worry about leaving anything out. He also provided good advice on the parts of our apartment that should be done first during our renovation so that the workflow is efficient (as we had a tight timeline before moving in). All in all, we were happy with the end result and would greatly recommend Dylan and WHST to all who have home improvement or renovation needs!

We were blessed to have Darren and Darius ( Manager ) as our ID .. It's our first house that we bought and we certainly not sure what we wanted done to it. At first we only wanted our cabinets and grill done but they gave us a package offer for the whole house. They were approachable and helpful in giving in ideas of the designs of our cabinet , wardrobe and colors of the wall. Eventhough it was quite a bit of rush due to CNY , they ensured the quality of work done by the contractors were TIPTOP. They respond our enquiries quite fast whenever we have things to clarify on. The results we got were unbelievable. We fell in love it. It may not be alot of things done , but it certainly enough to make us feel that we did alot. Walked into the JEM showroom last week and was greeted warmly by ID - Zan. I was just making queries thinking how to renovate my children’s bedroom. He took time to listen to my queries and suggested a few ways to reorganise my bedroom space. I was impressed he started drawing out on the spot for me some designs when I haven’t even engaged them at no cost. I’m grateful to Zan and puzzled by the 1 star reviews so far on Google. On hindsight I do really think one black sheep of the company really does not account for the other hardworking and professional individuals that make up the 99% rest of the company. Bought a new home this year and was excited to do up our house. Chose WHST Design because they did the renovation works for my parents and my parents were hugely satisfied with the outcome. My parents engaged JJ from WHST and I did the same too (My husband and I needed someone whom we can trust). Hence, we engaged JJ. He is an expert in his field and is always so available and ready to help up with our queries. He gave so many suggestions to our problems, even beyond what he needed to do! He gave suggestions on things we missed like lights, switches, drills etc. He even gave suggestions on matters like TV brackets, HDB-HIP matters, Tong Gas matters. As you can guess, we were new and he kindly guided us in important matters. I can see he treats his clients like a treasured friend. The challenge for us this year (and for them too) would be the circuit breaker. Our renovation works were extended. Nonetheless, JJ and his team tried their best to finish our kitchen. We were deeply impressed by the cleaning works of their team! If there is anything that we are unsatisfied with, with regards to the workers, JJ is open to feedback and will address the matters immediately. We appreciate that. We are glad we trusted JJ because he turned out to be trustworthy. He kept track of our renovation costs, and refunded us on things that were changed along the way.
