F. H.Quaint store at ION Orchard located nearby the train station of Orchard MRT. Went there looking for an item I saw online and Venessa served me. She was very helpful, sharing with me the items that I saw online and letting me try them on as well. After my visit at ION Orchard, she took the liberty to message me on WhatsApp, sharing with me more items and how to pair them. I was also looking for a birthday gift for my friend, and she kindly reserved them for me and also shared photos on how to pair them. She was also very transparent about the care instructions for wearing my jewelry items as I asked her if I could wear them to shower. I also wanted to do an exchange on my current pair because they had a little bit of imperfection, and she kindly went to transfer another set of earrings from another store for me to compare. Honestly without her experience at APM Monaco would not be the same. Thank you so much Venessa for serving me and your efforts into finding me the perfect jewelry set. Please ensure she gets rewarded for her efforts, Thank you.

I only wish they will expand to a bigger shop soon. The boutiques are well designed & more comfortable. It is not cheap but you get good quality pieces.
