This is the first time I deal with company. I am very pleased with their personal customer service, fast and clear communication and beautiful products with good values. I ended up buying two sets of beautiful necklaces from them eventually! ( One shown in pic) A huge compliment to Zi Xuan who was kind, patient and professional in answering my queries and even polished the pearls that I brought along. She is knowledgable and even willing to go the extra miles to help me obtain my preferred certification should I choose to. I fully enjoyed the whole purchase experience and hope to deal with them again!
