This is a tiny little store that packs a punch-they carry three Singaporean watch brands, including Vario. Columbus and his dad were super helpful and knowledgeable and helped my husband pick out a beautiful watch to commemorate our trip! Would recommend this store to anyone-plus the hawker center down the street has great food.

I have been to a lot of shop to exchange the glass of my watch but most turn down me or asked for few weeks to change the glass of my watch. But this shop helped me to change on the spot. Really grateful will recommend people to come to this shop. My 10 years old watch is back to brand new now

Visited the shop recently, simply to change some wrist watch batteries, and had the most pleasant experience. It was like a visit to a space which is run by passion, compassion and a very deep understanding of the field. I realized Thomas, who runs the shop, has been at it for the past 39 years! He was very patient and very involved even in the process of changing the watch batteries. Each of my 4 wrist watches was handled delicately, and he kept explaining each step, and described the different battery options for the replacement (the only time in my life where a watch shop presented me with options for batteries). There were 3 Japanese battery options made by electronic companies, and one made by Seiko. The pricing was fair. And for one of my watches, there was only Swiss made battery option (which was more expensive) as it was an odd size. It was impressive to see the choice. The shop also had an instrument which was like a watch heartbeat sensor - beeping when the wrist watch mechanism came alive after the battery change. There was a good range of new watches available. And a wide range of straps too. On the whole, the whole experience was very pleasant. While visiting the shop just to change batteries, Thomas and his wife made me feel like I was important for them, and gave me unhurried, patient attention. I also learnt that due to redevelopment of the shopping complex, most likely they would need to move out by June 2023. I hope they continue their outlet someplace, such that everyone continues benefiting from them. A strong recommendation to everyone.

The shopkeeper has very good personal customer relationship, i mean his PR is excellent. Even his sons n wife makes customers feel at home. He has also a wide spectrum of watches to choose from ranging from low end to the high end, so everyone has a choice to suit one's needs.
