Had a really positive experience with Facets when shopping for an engagement ring! The team in Facets were very patient with me (a first time buyer) and helped me select a diamond from their wide collection, that perfectly met my price and requirements. I enjoyed the process thoroughly, and have no regrets buying from them. I should mention that I did visit quite a number of custom jewellery boutiques before deciding to buy from them. In terms of service and experience, they definitely outshone their competitors.

I was looking for the right jewelry designer to help reset my simple pear cut Tanzanite solitaire ring into a white gold solitaire ring set in a diamond pave band setting. I wanted to extract both the Tanzanite stone and a set of tiny diamonds from my old white gold ring, in order to recreate and reset the Tanzanite stone together with the old set of tiny diamonds. I had a specific budget in mind. Sadly not many jewellers we able to recreate my ring within my desired budget based on my design needs. Technically most jewellers that I enquired cautioned me that they will not be responsible for cracking or breaking my Tanzanite stone during the extraction and creation process. This news would’ve been a huge letdown, because the Tanzanite stone has a priceless sentimental value to me personally. However,.. I chanced upon Facets Singapore! I have to say.. I had the most memorable, wonderful and rich experience that was beyond my expectations and I hope I will get to have the same experience and more in the near future with Facets Singapore. Facets have such a professional team of experts that helped to design, curate and create my ring from start to end. I would like to thank both Nashley who is my ring designer, Suresh who gave me professional advice on jewelry design specifically on the quality, cut, clarity and size of diamonds selected as well as the different types of stones, it’s special properties and Mohs hardness scale and comparison,.. and finally I would like to also thank the ring craftsman. I had a very unique, educational and enjoyable experience with both Suresh and Nashley. The experience I had with both of them was truly special and a memorable one. I gained so much insight on the importance of selecting the perfect diamond to meet my design needs and I had a close up and first hand experience of ring curation and design process. The skill, quality and workmanship that comes with designing a jewellery with Facets Singapore, is really outstanding. Hence I personally feel that I will have no concerns on my Tanzanite stone getting damaged in the process. Nashley meticulously and patiently listened to all my designs request, and she personally curated and then sketched different designs for me, until I finally found my perfect ring design. After seeing the end product, I was so blown away! Indeed! It was so perfect and I was so amazed by how it shined and sparkled so beautifully! The high quality Facets diamonds that were handpicked by Suresh and Nashley really elevated my Tanzanite Stone and the ring design was spot on and perfect! I did not use my old diamonds, as it was of very poor quality. The best part of all,.. Facets Singapore were able to work within my budget. I have received so many compliments on my new ring and plenty of envious stares, to be very honest. I am very happy with my decision. I would highly recommend Facets Singapore. I truly appreciate their generosity, sincerity and kindness on top of their professionalism. I genuinely felt welcomed whenever I came by to visit Facets Singapore for an appointment.
