Visited the shop the first time during their ethereal collection launch promo, and was served by Iris. She took the time to explain the entire collection and let me try on various pieces as I was not decided. As they didn't have anything which had pink diamonds or stones in it, I decided to go the customised route. Iris gave us excellent service despite my fiance and I not making a purchase that day. Kayde was my poc from then on, taking the time to truly understand my needs for jewellery and what suits me well. She designed me a earring and necklace set which consists of my favourite pink and which was elegant for daily wear. The whole process was very customer-centric, and she took the time to explain to my parents again when we went to the shop to explore the options. 0 hard selling, but instead really advising on what works and what doesn't. On collection day, I happened to also see another earring and necklace that I liked in the shop, but was honestly slightly put off by the pricing. Iris and Kayde were able to work things out without being pushy, which was also what sealed the deal. Will definitely recommend checking this place out if you like modern designs, good service and an overall pleasant experience!

I have yet to receive my set from Gen. K, but I just wanted to laud the impeccable service I got from Kayde and Iris! It would have been much easier for them to encourage me to take an existing design or do a simple custom design just for them to close the deal. But the Gen. K Team really went the above and beyond to help me create the Si Dian Jin set that is truly bespoke despite my really short timeline. 10/10 for their service! So far it has been a wonderful process and I'm really excited to see my actual pieces!

Fantastic customer service! Bought a set of necklace + earrings and 2 additional necklaces as gifts for our parents last year during our wedding. Unfortunately we had some issues with 2 of the necklaces late last year where one broke due to some tugging and the other chain disintegrated when we brought it back for polishing. The recovery service was excellent where they offered to replace the whole chain and jade, including the earrings to make sure they still matched. They also gave us a thicker chain on the necklaces to ensure that it doesnt happen again. Overall very pleased with the service and they were also able to deliver the products just in time for Chinese New Year too!
