I was served by Joan who helped me with my first ear piercing. She was very patient and knowledgeable in answering my queries about after care piercing. She was also very detailed-oriented and precise when measuring where she should pierce on my ear and she checked the position to ensure that it was the correct spot. Very impressed with her professional skills and readiness to attend to customers with respect and friendliness! She also showed good communication skills and empathy skills as she helped calm my nerves before the ear piercing began. Will definitely come back to Goldheart to get my ear piercings checked by Joan in a month’s time!
