We were served by consultant Joee and she was extremely meticulous and gentle. It seemed like she was nervous about handling our wedding bands but we appreciated that she took extra care in handling them. Joee carefully tied the ribbon on the box and even asked if we liked it. The bands were beautiful too!

Went to their flagship store at ION and was served by one of their male sales assistant but was utterly disappointed with lack of service provided by him. Not to mention he seemed really uninterested to attend to us after hearing we had only booked a reservation to take a look at the rings and was not considering of making a purchase on that very day. We decided to head to their Suntec outlet on the same day without an reservations in hopes we’d get better service and have an actual chance to browse the designs and we were absolutely blown away by the excellent service provided by Wei Nee! She was so nice and patient and really went through in detail with us the different designs/diamonds the store had to offer. She even brought out designs that she thought we might be interested to see after getting a rough idea of what we were looking for. She really made up for the disappointing experience at ION. We immediately went back the next day to make our purchases and thankfully she was there to provide service to us again. Will definitely recommend anyone who’s interested in going to I-Primo to look for her!

Just had the most pleasant experience ring shopping at i-primo! We were helped by Ms Xin Ci, who was very knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the entire session. She showed us many different types of rings that we were interested in, and gave us suggestions on ring pairings as well. They are non-pushy with sales and are very patient and detailed in explaining their products. We were served by different sales associate when we visit, they were all highly professional and very helpful. They even let us know of all in-store promotion, ion points as well as online reservation promotion which we were not aware of. Highly recommend iprimo!

Superb service. Warranty and sizing policy flexible as well. Also has loan ring services if you need the rings soon for proposal. Weinee was very helpful and gave ideas on engravement and ring styles. Kimberley was very friendly during ring collection. They had great hospitality and the entire process from choosing a ring, to arranging for a loan ring (should you need it for proposal before the ring is ready), to collection of rings, was comfortable and stress-free. Had a fun drawing activity when collecting rings as well. Super recommend!

Went to many jewellery shops in ION Orchard to look for wedding bands, chanced upon I-Primo and was served by Xinci. Excellent, friendly service, beautiful ring selections! Some rings even came with stories. :) we could even add in a promise diamond into the wedding bands, how thoughtful! If you’re looking for wedding bands, this IS the right place. Definitely look for Xinci to have the best service! Made us feel really comfortable and not pushy like the other jewellers.
