Visited the Bugis Junction branch today and was served by Ms Judy Chia. It was such a pleasant experience! Although I was there only to check on previous purchases and not to make a purchase, Ms Chia was professional, friendly and helpful. She even helped to clean my earrings bought 2 decades ago. It was really a pleasant surprise meeting sales staff who are nice to customers who are not there to make purchases.

Outlet: Bugis Junction Salesperson: Judy Ms. Judy is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Due to my sickness, I can't personally come to the shop to view the jewelries that I'm interested in. I asked for her help to send me photos so I could view it before making my purchases. Judy put her best effort to help, sending me clear photos with very detailed description of each of them so I can make my decision based on those information as well as her smart suggestions of how to add value to it. Thanks very much for her warm services and wise advice. She is a very successful salesperson indeed who can easily attract customers due to her professionalism.

Great experience at Bugis outlet for Lee Hwa Jewellery with Keith as our advisor! Came in with little to no knowledge on rings, and he was very patient in explaining sizing, types of diamonds and what certain cuts etc mean. It felt very comfortable compared to other outlets/brands that I visited previously. Came for quite a few times before deciding on my final ring, and super happy with the result!
